The resulting shockwave spread outwards.
The wind wasn't particularly strong, but the dazzling speed of their movements was incredibly impactful.
This level of combat was beyond the comprehension of ordinary Nen users.
Hisoka's aura was undeniably dangerous, but Loki, a seemingly ordinary kid, was terrifying when he fought seriously, and he seemed to have the upper hand.
They had never witnessed such a battle before. Even though it was dangerous, no one dared to make a move.
While the thought of fleeing crossed some minds, nobody dared to attract the attention of these two human behemoths.
Everyone remained frozen, unable to make a single unnecessary movement.
Bang! A violent clash of Nen erupted as Loki and Hisoka simultaneously recoiled several steps.
Loki stopped casually, while Hisoka slid several meters on the ground, bracing himself with one hand before stopping. The difference in their skill was evident.
Hisoka frowned, a faint smile on his face. "May I ask a question?"
Loki, poised to attack, shifted slightly. "Ask."
"Why is your Nen's power in both attack and defense similar to an Enhancement-type user?"
This question made Loki pause. "Is it? I didn't notice." He hadn't paid attention to this. During his Water Divination, Netero had mentioned his strong aptitude for Emission, Transmutation, and Conjuration, but his abilities in other types were unclear.
Loki hadn't focused on his other aptitudes, as Specialization-type Nen strength was innate. His training focused on mental cultivation, essentially spiritual refinement.
"You didn't notice?" Hisoka chuckled, lowering his head. "Now, I wouldn't doubt you're an Enhancement-type user."
Loki looked at Hisoka. Silence fell. Time seemed to slow. No one knew why Loki had suddenly fallen silent. To the others, the moment stretched endlessly, but to Loki, it was merely a blink.
Suddenly, Loki raised his hand. Slowly, the fiery red Nen aura dimmed, transforming into a white, translucent, icy aura that covered his hand.
This change caused Hisoka's eyes to narrow. This aura, though not powerful, emanated a danger comparable to Loki's flames.
"That's...?"
Loki smiled. "I won't use my previous abilities, but this one isn't among them. Care to try? Or perhaps you'd prefer not to?"
"You still have unused abilities?! What a terrifying talent," Hisoka said, awestruck. Loki's immense power wasn't just his Nen; it wasn't his incredible combat skills.
It was his seemingly endless array of abilities. Hisoka's eyes gleamed with a manic intensity. "Then let's see this new ability!"
Hiss hiss hiss! The white icy aura hissed. Hisoka felt no fear, only a heightened desire to fight. This man was born for battle, never suppressing his instincts.
He was a Nen genius, but Hisoka's strength wasn't solely from training; it was honed through countless battles.
Loki lowered his body, his Nen now only on his hands. This excited Hisoka. 'He's focusing all his Nen on his hands.
He finally wants to enjoy the fight!' He laughed maniacally, his Nen reaching unprecedented levels, undergoing a strange transformation.
"Hisoka, you're excellent. As an opponent, you're superb."
"Hehehe..." Hisoka's voice was hoarse, chilling, a terrifying killing intent swirling around him like a tangible black aura.
His veins bulged, blood flowing rapidly, putting immense strain on his body. But his power surged instantly.
In a flash, Hisoka moved like lightning, appearing before Loki, his hands already moving at incredible speed, tearing towards Loki's throat.
The explosive sound of clashing Nen only came after Hisoka's attack. Loki, standing motionless, slowly raised his dark eyes, watching Hisoka.
'This guy is getting stronger in battle. Hisoka, the Magician, is quite something,' Loki thought, his eyes flickering.
But as Hisoka was about to strike, Loki closed his eyes, subtly shifting his body, seemingly anticipating the attack.
At the last moment, he dodged, perfectly avoiding the attack. A sharp gust of wind brushed past his ear, causing his hair to flutter.
Hisoka's eyes widened. 'What ability? Did he predict my attack?' Loki, still with his eyes closed, slowly opened his mouth.
"Hisoka, do you regret not killing me earlier?"
His calm voice, devoid of emotion, struck everyone like a hammer blow. Suddenly, white, translucent ice crystals appeared, spreading outwards like ripples. A gentle breeze caressed everyone's faces.
Crack crack crack! The sound of freezing ice. Drip! A drop of water fell. Loki was behind Hisoka.
