Jack embraced Miche strongly and then Miche embraced him as well.
"By the way, I managed to fix your arm… Partly it will be right as new in a few weeks. Keep it bandaged for now. "
Jack tightened his hug, speaking softly.
"Thank you."
"Thank you Miche…"
Miche led out a soft growl.
"Goodbye boy of frost…It seems a friend of mine came here. You are in good hands."
Jack raised his head up, Miche had disappeared.
Jack saddened closed his eyes, finally letting his mind rest. Right before doing so his mind wandered
Friend?

Jack slowly opened his eyes. Fire crackling could be heard. He was in the cave in front of the ice door that led to the altar. In front of him he was laying down slowly gaining consciousness. He slowly raised his head looking in front of him. Attempting to move his hands his eyes widened.
What the
His hands were tied together by a rope. He still felt relief as he saw his left hand back to where it was. Although it was already bandaged through.
In front of him next to the fire was a girl with hazel brown hair tied together and beautiful green eyes that reflected the orange hue of the fire. She was wearing a white jacket that covered her slender silhouette gracefully.
She was staring indifferently at the fire while stirring a pot that laid on top of it. With a carefree smile.
Jack spoke in a tired yet surprised voice.
"Who are you?!"
The girl that was around her age turned her head quickly, surprised by him. She gave him a curious stare. And spoke with a gentle tone. Her voice filled the room with warmth. Letting go of the spoon she was stirring with.
"Oh… Your awake."
She sighed softly, and kept talking
"What happened?"
Jack gazed at her strongly
I think I remember seeing a glimpse of her in his memory.
Who is sh-
Interrupting his thought the girl spoke once again this time, her tone not calm. It felt shaken.
"What happened to Miche?"
"Was it you?"
Jack was bewildered he didn't know what to answer.
"Huh?"
The peaceful green eyes sharpened a bit, her face forming a slight frown.
"Was it you?"
"I saw ice in your body… as well as shards of ice in his body"
"Something cold pierced him…"
"And I found you there..."
Jack shook his head slowly.
"No… It wasn't me"
The girl sighed and relaxed. Her voice back to the warm tone.
"Really ?"
"That's good then."
Jack stared at her confused.
"That's it? You believe me that fast?"
The beautiful girl kept stirring the pot in front of her calmly.
"You didn't lie, did you?"
Jack shook his head again from left to right.
"That's good enough then."
She stood up and went towards Jack. She crouched down near Jacks face making him blush slightly. She took out a small pocketknife and cut down the rope that tied both of his hands.
Jack sat up straight and she calmly went back to were she was before continuing to stir the pot.
He took a look at his before gone arm. It felt weak. Yet it was still there back in his body as if a miracle had happened, only it wasn't a miracle…
His mind gave a mournful thought
Miche
Thank you
She grabbed a cup and poured the liquid on the pot in it, handing it to Jack. Jack stared at it for a couple of seconds, confused. A sweet aroma entered his nostrils.
She stared at him curiously ans spoke.
"What, you don't like chocolate?"
Jack gazed at her
"Chocolate?"
" I only read about it. Thank you."
She gave Jack a surprised look. And then she poured herself a cup too.
"Wait till its colds down it just came from the pot."
Jack placed his hands on top of the cup making his right-hand surge with a bit of cold. Making the chocolate cool down fast.
I'm weaker?
No, it's almost as if I'm almost out of…
energy
Despite this Jack stood up approaching her and placed his hand on her cup. Willing it to cool off. Just enough so that its still drinkable and enyoyable.
The green-eyed girl stared at him intensely as he placed his hand on her cup. Rather indifferently, she spoke.
"What are you doing?"
Jack scratched his head nervously.
"Oh, sorry."
"I just thought I'd make it colder."
She gave him a slight smile.
"I see…"
"Thanks."
Jack turned around rapidly, his face slightly red.
She's pretty.
He sat back down again with his cup in hand.
"Thank you for the bandage."
She spoke calmly.
"Tell me what happened."
Jack's eyes widened slightly.
"Oh… yes."
Jack told her how he met Miche as a ravaging beast and how he ended up fighting the Monarch of Frost—and how Miche entered his soul to fight the man of frost—while drinking hot chocolate.
"Monarch of Frost, huh?"
"He finally showed his face."
She gritted her teeth.
A small tear left her eye.
She wiped it away quickly.
"Why did he want to kill you?"
Jack stared at her, bewildered...
His lips trembled as he spoke.
"I don't understand him. I really don't."
"Actually, he's... my uncle."
Jack stared somberly.
"My name is Jack. Jack Frost."
"That monster… He killed my parents."
"And he wanted to kill me too."
He started shaking, almost losing his temper.
He sighed, regaining his composure.
"Sorry. It's just… this past year happened so fast. I can't even process my feelings."
He gave her an awkward smile.
She stared at him for a while, eyes widened. She blinked a couple of times.
"Yes, sorry to ask you everything all of a sudden."
"My name is Maya."
"It's just that Miche and I were… really good friends."
"It's been a while since I visited him. I came here to see him after a whole year."
"It seems that I am not a very good friend in the end."
Jack stared at her blankly for a couple of seconds, then spoke strongly.
"NO! You are a really good friend!"
Her face turned bright red after hearing Jack's words said so confidently.
Jack raised his hand up, shrugging awkwardly, his face red too.
"I mean—I could tell."
"I shared his memories for a while. It's not like I know..."
His face turned a bit more serious, staring down at the hot chocolate.
"It's that I can feel it."
He looked up to stare at her. Her face was even more red due to his sudden words.
She spoke nervously.
"F-Feel it?"
Jack stood up nervously, turning around quickly once again, covering his face.
"Yes, oh—something like that."
"I'll go outside and take some fresh air."
"It seems I was unconscious for quite some time."
He chuckled awkwardly.
"Walking would help me."
Jack walked outside of the cave, the sunlight spilling over his face.
His blue eyes shimmered in the light.
His face was roguishly sharp and handsome.
Suddenly, in front of him, a flower blossomed with immense speed.
A red lily bloomed beneath him, contrasting vividly against the white snow.
Jack felt a presence behind him.
He turned around slowly, noticing Maya had stepped out of the cave.
Her face was slightly red.
She had one hand stretched out toward the flower.
"Actually… I am part of a lineage too."
