"Ughh…" Selina groaned, her voice revealing a hint of irritation as she slowly turned to the side. "Who is calling so early? Can't I just get some sleep since I'm unemployed?"
She raised her hands towards the top of the drawer, tapping along it until she reached her phone. When she finally grabbed it, she brought it closer, trying to focus her sleepy eyes on the caller ID.
After a moment, her vision cleared, and she saw that it was Rowan calling. She answered, bringing the phone to her ear.
"Hey, Selina. Good morning," Rowan said cheerfully.
"Good morning," she muttered, her voice barely audible with a trace of drowsiness.
"I have good news for you," Rowan replied, a hint of excitement in his tone.
"What's the good news?" she asked, her curiosity piqued.
"The owner of the fashion house I told you about wants to meet you to evaluate your skills. She has already scheduled a meeting for today."
The news jolted Selina awake, her eyes widening in surprise. She sat up quickly.
