The inner rim was a true hotbed of nature—a place where only the strongest, the fittest, and the most cunning survived.
It took a special breed of creatures to endure here, and Alex was learning this first-hand.
He discovered multiple early Class 3 beasts—the pinnacle strength of this Subspace—within these inner regions.
These beasts hardly moved, having carved out territories for themselves within the forest's depths.
Any creature wandering into their domain was either a subordinate under the Class 3 overlord's command, or prey.
Alex had to be extra careful moving within these territories, as even leaving behind a trace could lead to a colony of beasts hunting him down.
However, with the elevated risks came hearty rewards.
