Although there were people watching and even strong Awakened in the area, a swift gunman arriving as a thief at an unexpected moment was hard to notice.
He ran toward the stalls where the horses slept. Several were there, but he didn't look at any of them. They were all fakes.

He jumped into one of those stalls. It was empty and had a lot of straw in it. Maybe they used it to store the straw that the horses ate, nothing else. That's what anyone who saw it would think.
