Soon the seeker woke up confused as he saw he was tied around a chair as he looked up, struggling to see anything as he felt the ropes behind his back as he heard someone come inside "So then are you awake?" The seeker heard the voice as he nodded his head. "Yes." he replied. He heard someone walk forward before they said "Okay so we got you mostly fixed up and your legs should move better now. Unfortunately we couldn't fix some of your parts, so your going to be blind at least for a while." They paused before asking "May we get your name?" The seeker soon answered with "Exlixus, that's my name. What yours?" Exlixus waited for the other person to reply. "You can call me Shockwave, I'm a scientist for the Decepitcons."
Exlixus looked up as he spread his wings out slightly as the spikes of his wings scraped against the chairs. He could feel someone untying the ropes as he became free afterwards. Shockwave soon stated "Okay we will ask you a few questions then we will figure out what to do, got it?" Shockwave said to Exlixus who nodded. Shockwave began to ask him "Okay then, so Exlixus, so what were you doing here?" Exlixus soon replied slowly "I was trying to get something to fix myself and noticed the energon scent when I was walking around. So I came in here and noticed footsteps and I heard something shuffling in the darkness. I grabbed a object nearby and fought in cautious defence. I heard them jump out of the window and I hear someone else as well and turned around hearing someone get close. I attempted to scare them off and I get shot in the process."
Shockwave noticed how most of his story matched Novastorm's story especially with the ending of what he said. "Okay, next thing. Why were you broken in the first place?" He continued his query as Exlixus shrugged at them with a slight calm yet eccentric look "Don't remember what happened to me but I remember feeling complete pain across my body before I passed out yeah." Shockwave asked "Okay then, do you remember exactly what happened before that?" Exlixus nodded "I was looking for a way to disable Autobot turrets or so. I think someone was there, some sort of Decepitcon. It looked a little like Hirinla." Shockwave expression darkened at the name of Hirinla, a famous Cybertronian scientist who's methods are more than just morally dubious. No wonder Exlixus looked the way he did.
"Okay one more question." Shockwave swiped on the datapad before asking "Okay what alt mode and weapons do you have?" Exlixus soon replied "I got a F-15 and my main weapons is missiles, null rays and a 679-YU weapon. I also got a M6-902." Shockwave nodded as he began to tick the questions off. "Well you don't mind sitting down nearby, I will make sure the evidence is logically constructive." Exlixus began to feel along the walls and touched the bench as he sat down. Shockwave left to make sure everything matches up to what happened. Exlixus waited patiently as conversations were happening outside. He began to fidget silently as he tapped in a specific rhythm on the bench as he hummed quietly as Shockwave came inside.
"Okay so we analysed all sources of what happened the previous night and it looks like your answers match up with what we got. You will wait here to be escorted by Soundwave." Shockwave left again afterwards as Exlixus waited in slight boredom as a while as he groaned a bit. There he heard shuffling as he looked interested, trying to hear what could be moved around as he sat up properly on his own as he turned his head to the side with a look of curious thought. Someone was heard to be moving something heavy as he etched his head to listen to what is currently happening right now as he had his hands on his legs. He blinked in confusion as the shuffling continued, slowly becoming quieter as the door opened again.
This time a even more cold voice came through "Exlixus, I heard about you from Shockwave's report. You will need to come with me so we can decide your quarters. Get up." Exlixus began to follow after Soundwave as they went to his office "So you got any free spaces?" Exlixus asked as Soundwave nodded "Yes. A few around the nemesis." As they walked, they went through a labyrinth of corridors (at least to Exlixus) as they finally entered the room. "Okay this will be your temporary quarters at least until we can figure our arrangements soon. We aren't used to gaining new Decepitcons." Exlixus knew how unexpected this could be towards them as he searched for his bed and felt something soft brush against his leg and laid downwards on there as Soundwave left afterwards.
He looked towards the ceiling before wondering about what happened. He felt his own hands, noticing the skin of the metallic exterior seemed to be more firm now and his foot no longer feels twisted enough. He noticed that there was still tears in his wings and the top part of his chest was slightly open but now he was mostly healed. He went offline as he stood still.
The sound of creaking was heard as the sound of a door quietly opened as silent steps were heard. The door closed again as the shadow moved across the floor to a cobweb place with small stains of blood across the floor. They gave a amused smirk on their face as they continued to move on. They found a stick on the floor and began to lit it to fuel a fire and light it up to show their own way. They began to move at a considerable distance as it looked to be too quiet for tonight. Their gaze glanced towards a small lever that was on the wall and turned it on. There they saw something interesting. While it didn't reveal much like a hidden stairway, it did show a code that said '5690'. "So it's for armoury huh?" They said rather nonchalantly and left to grab a better secondary weapon.
