Olivia's gaze sharpened."Impressive… but can you handle this? Lycanroc, it's your time!" Olivia said.
The white-coated wolf leapt out with a sharp howl, claws scraping against the stone.
Evan recalled Trixie and sent out Thorn.
Thorn hovered, breathing heavily.
"You good?" Evan asked Thorn
"Bee…" Thorn nodded.
"Thorn use dark flow", Evan said while thinking,' I have to make this fast', Dark type started covering Thorn.
"Accelerock!" Olivia commanded.
Lycanroc vanished in a blur and appeared behind Thorn mid-strike. The blow landed, but Thorn twisted with the momentum.
"Poison Jab!" Evan commented.
Thorn spun and stabbed downward, piercing Lycanroc's side with a venom-coated sting.
"Stone Edge!" Olivia shouted.
Jagged rocks erupted around Lycanroc and Thorn, pelting Thorn mercilessly. He gritted through it, wings torn, body bruised—but still airborne.
"Now! Surge Sting—FULL POWER!" Evan yelled out.
Lightning danced down Thorn's body. His wings pulsed as he shot forward, leaving afterimages behind. In a flash, both stingers struck Lycanroc dead center. The Rock-type's eyes widened—and it crumpled with a deep growl.
"Lycanroc is unable to battle! Evan wins the Grand Trial!"
Olivia stepped forward, eyes filled with admiration.
"A Bug-type trainer sweeping my entire team… You're rewriting the rules. You and Thorn are something else." Olivia muttered.
She handed Evan a gleaming crystal—the Rockium Z.
"You've earned it," Olivia said while handing over the Z-crystal.
Evan knelt beside Thorn, who was panting, wings twitching.
"You crushed it, Buddy," Evan said.
Thorn buzzed faintly.
"Bee… " 'I am vengeance…'
'Where did he learn that from?'

After that, we went to the Pokémon Centre where we were staying. As I was on the way, I started to think about training my Pokémon with Bug Flow.
Tomorrow I will be going to Ula'ula Island. For today, I should focus on training my Pokémon. Now that Thorn is in great shape compared to yesterday, I can train everyone today. First, have to give my Pokémon to Nurse Joy for a check-up, then I have to visit that old man.

After the check-up and confirming that my Pokémon are fine, I said Goodbye, Prof. Kukui and Mr. Bramble. I went towards the market, where I saw the shop yesterday.
After I reached the place, I saw the shop was closed. Seeing that I asked the man standing in the shop opposite to the shop.
"Hey, Sir, why is the shop closed?" I asked him. To that, he said.
"That shop won't be opening from now onwards", the man said.
"Why", I asked, because isn't this too much of a coincidence? I got something from here yesterday, and today he closed the shop.
"He said the sales are not going well", he replied with a strange expression.
"Then, do you know where he lives?" I asked him, eager to know the reply.
To my question, the man just shook his head, saying no. So I didn't stay there longer and moved from there.
Without any option left, I went back to the Pokémon Centre to rain my Pokémon.
