"Come out of your fantasy world. We need to drop the kids at school." 😐

"Yes. Megan's kids, Lussy… and Justin." 😐
(She said it with that 'don't question me' tone.)
Jonathan, hopeful:
"Are… we taking them?" 😊
Amber turned her head slowly.
Her eyes said Say another word and I'll bury you in the backyard.
Jonathan straightened instantly.
Jonathan:
