"I found you, Nolan Lorian!"
Nolan froze in shock, stopping in his tracks, then quickly retreated twenty steps.
Boom!
An explosion erupted where he had just been standing. A green dragon appeared, terrifying in its sheer presence.
Its wings stretched wide, and its body towered ten meters high.
Two horns jutted from its head, and its sharp fangs sent a shiver down anyone's spine.
"A dragon!? How can there be a dragon here?" Kaede shouted, fear in her voice.
It was the first time she had seen such a massive dragon up close. From its aura, it was clear the creature was incredibly powerful—perhaps on par with, or even stronger than, a country-level monster.
Nolan carefully lowered Kaede from his arms and pulled her back.
Yet he showed no fear. His face remained calm as he stared at the dragon before him.
On the dragon's head stood a man in a green cloak. Tall and slightly muscular, his face was hidden behind a leaf-shaped mask.
