Boom!
Explosions rang out as the dog monster swung its claws at Nolan.
Luckily, Nolan moved fast enough that none of the strikes landed. Still, the ground where he had been standing moments before was riddled with holes from the monster's blows.
Roar!
Both dog heads let out a deafening roar, their fury no longer contained.
Their eyes bulged, and suddenly, crimson rays shot out from them.
The four rays lunged at Nolan with incredible speed. If it had been anyone else, they wouldn't have had time to react.
But Nolan was different. To him, the rays crawled along, painfully slow.
Shifting his body to the right, he dodged with ease.
Blaaam!
More rays erupted from the monster's eyes, but Nolan slipped past every single one.
Boom!
The opposite side of the colosseum shattered under the impact. A moment later, however, it returned to normal, as though some unseen force had repaired it.
"So boring," Nolan muttered with a lazy yawn.
Whoosh!
