Chapter 109: Wrath of the Shura
"Evil beast!"
Tang Xiao's voice trembled with fury and helplessness.
He had too many concerns. If he unleashed his full strength here, the entire Clear Sky Sect would be reduced to ruins. This was not just any place—this was the ancestral hall, where generations of the sect's martyrs were enshrined.
But Tang San had already lost himself to madness.
Empowered by the Killing Domain and the Shura God's wrath, his attacks grew fiercer and more merciless by the second.
"You all deserve to die!"
His bloodshot eyes gleamed with killing intent as the Shura Demon Sword floated silently onto his back.
The Blue Silver Domain began to unfold, casting a suffocating silence over the battlefield.
With the Second Elder firmly locked in his sights, Tang San grasped the Clear Sky Hammer in both hands and whirled it overhead, black light surging from its head and summoning a storm of wind.
"Not good!"
Tang Xiao's face twisted in alarm. He instantly understood—Tang San's next strike was aimed directly at the Second Elder.
There was no time to worry about the ancestral hall anymore.
Nearly all the sect's disciples had already perished. If they failed to save the Second Elder, the sect would fall here and now.
With grim resolve, Tang Xiao and the remaining four elders summoned their Clear Sky Hammers and channeled their soul power to the limit.
Tang San, suspended in mid-air, swung his hammer down. A dark, sinister seal slowly emerged in the sky. If one looked closely, they would see a ghastly face with fangs and a green hue engraved into the sigil.
Murderous aura erupted from Tang San like a red column of smoke, forming a tangible wave that surged toward the heavens.
The seal screamed with an eerie wail and unleashed a crimson light that wrapped around the Clear Sky Hammer, giving it an earth-shattering pressure as it descended.
"Together!"
Tang Xiao roared. He gripped his Clear Sky Hammer with both hands and charged to intercept the incoming strike, with the other four elders flanking him.
They had no choice but to risk it all.
"Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang—!"
Six Clear Sky Hammers clashed furiously in midair.
Tang Xiao took the lead while the others provided support, each wielding their own immense power. But Tang San's strength, now boosted by the Shura God's influence, was overwhelming.
Every collision rocked the entire mountain range. Energy shockwaves tore through the landscape, leveling buildings, shattering the stone floor, and uprooting ancient trees.
The Clear Sky Sect, once a proud stronghold, was reduced to rubble under the violent forces.
Just then, the Shura Demon Sword on Tang San's back began to tremble violently, emitting a low hum as it absorbed the blood and vitality of the fallen disciples around them.
Moments later, it stood upright, as if gripped by an unseen force, and pointed directly at the Second Elder.
"Shua—!"
With a sharp screech, the sword streaked through the air, cutting a crimson arc as it sped toward its target.
The Second Elder's pupils contracted in horror—he had no time to dodge.
He mustered what little soul power remained, forming a barrier and raising his Clear Sky Hammer in defense.
But he was gravely wounded, and Tang San was on the verge of divine power.
Clang!
A crisp sound echoed.
A terrifying surge of energy crashed into the Second Elder, launching him backwards and slamming him into the wall. Blood burst from his mouth and eyes as his organs failed under the impact.
"Tang San… is no longer human…" Tang Xiao murmured, eyes wide in disbelief.
This was no longer the young man they had once known—but a monster clad in blood and rage.
Roaring to the sky, Tang San surged with killing intent.
His white hair whipped in the wind, his eyes glowing red, and his soul power poured violently into the Clear Sky Hammer. The monstrous aura he released dwarfed that of any soul beast.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Soundwaves echoed through the ruins. Tang Xiao knew he had to act—now.
"Martial Soul True Body!"
His first seven soul rings lit up one after another. His presence surged with unstoppable force as he blasted forward with his hammer.
Boom!
The ancestral hall finally collapsed in a mountain of rubble and choking dust.
Tang San was blasted back but quickly regained his footing mid-air.
With a chilling focus, he locked the Blue Silver Domain on the Second Elder once more and hurled the Shura Demon Sword at him like a crimson thunderbolt.
Then, gripping the Clear Sky Hammer, Tang San dove down like a comet.
His white hair flew wildly, the blood-red cloak flaring behind him, and a dark smile twisted across his face.
"You—go to hell!"
Shua! Shua!
The sound of flesh being sliced rang through the air.
The Second Elder screamed in agony as his chest exploded in a bloom of blood. His sternum was shattered, internal organs crushed. He convulsed on the ground, dying.
"Second Elder!!"
Tang Xiao burst from the ruins, face twisted in grief and fury.
He charged forward, but Tang San didn't even glance at him. With one brutal swing, he smashed the hammer down again.
BOOM!
The Second Elder's head was obliterated in an explosion of flesh and bone.
The fusion with the Shura God's power accelerated rapidly.
Tang Xiao was knocked back by the aftershock—but miraculously, remained unhurt.
"Evil spawn!"
"The Second Elder!"
The remaining four elders emerged from the debris just in time to witness the horror.
Their eyes bulged, voices shaking with rage.
"Tang San, you will pay with your life!"
"Beast, we'll end you today!"
With fury erupting like wildfire, they charged him together.
Tang San turned, his blood-red eyes burning with hatred.
"You dared insult my parents… all of you will die."
He raised his hand, summoning the Shura Demon Sword into his grasp.
"Kill!"
A blinding red light burst forth as he swung the blade.
A blood dragon howled into existence, crashing toward the elders with terrifying momentum.
Tang Xiao's eyes narrowed. He stepped forward and unleashed his soul power into his hammer, smashing it into the blood dragon.
BOOM!
The dragon burst into mist—but Tang San emerged from within the red fog like a phantom.
Silent. Swift. Deadly.
The Shura Demon Sword fell again.
