Xavier stood cornered against the wall as Bull and Maximilian entered the bathroom.
"...!" Xavier's eyes widened in surprise. Maximilian was in a prison outfit, blending in with the other inmates. 'I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't notice him!'
Maximilian's smirk was sharp, his voice dripping with venom. "What's up, village rat? Miss me?" He stepped forward, his boots clicking against the wet floor. "I'm here to kill you."
"What's up village rat! Miss me? I am here to kill you!"
'What is he doing here?' Xavier wondered as he glanced back and forth at Bull and Maximilian.
'Could it be that they are together in this? But…. it doesn't make sense. Dominic isn't stupid. There is no way he would want to get me killed in the prison when he already knows what will happen if I don't get out of here by morning.
