Chapter 130 - Chapter 132: Terumi Mei's Request

Andrew stormed back to his residence, furious. His first order of business was to have the entire Uchiha Security Force go on a collective vacation. He strictly ordered that they would not accept any missions unless it came directly from the Daimyo.

He had no intention of letting the Third Hokage continue exploiting the Uchihas. The Hokage had always hoped to drag the Uchiha clan into some kind of mess, and the security company had become a loophole for manipulation. Andrew was determined not to let Konoha use them like pawns again.

Yes, the Uchiha clan was strong—but their strength had limits depending on the enemy. Against someone like Nagato with his Six Paths of Pain, even elite Jonin with fully matured Sharingan would be overwhelmed. Only Mangekyō Sharingan could truly fight on equal footing.

And now, with all the major villages preparing to deal with the Akatsuki organization, Andrew couldn't allow his clan to be sent as cannon fodder. Both Cloud and Rock Villages had benefitted from hiring Uchiha ninja in the past, but now the situation was more dangerous than ever. The best move was to shut down the company temporarily. And frankly, they didn't need the income anymore—with the Daimyo's support, the Uchiha wouldn't suffer financially.

Meanwhile, the Akatsuki was also preparing. Inside the Rain Village, tension was high. Nagato and Konan were determined not to give up their control over the village, even though others like Kakuzu and Hidan were considering relocating. But ultimately, they still followed Nagato's lead.

Obito and Black Zetsu were powerless to stop them, so they just watched. Even Sasori was forced to work day and night building puppets from the corpses left behind by visitors to Rain Village. These bodies made excellent materials for his work.

Surprisingly, Orochimaru had returned to the Akatsuki despite being previously caught by Konoha and suspected of leaking secrets. Nagato still valued his strength as a Kage-level fighter.

And yes, Andrew was aware of this. In fact, Orochimaru's reappearance in Rain Village was part of Andrew's plan. While the Uchiha clan could give Orochimaru the resources he needed, they couldn't offer total safety.

Konoha still had a bounty on Orochimaru's head, and Andrew had an idea: let Orochimaru "die" in the upcoming battle, and then let him resurface with a new identity.

Let's be honest—changing bodies is nothing new for Orochimaru. Gender, appearance, voice—none of it matters to him. His disguise could be so perfect that even Jiraiya wouldn't recognize him if his chakra was sealed.

And honestly, even if he "dies," Orochimaru always comes back. Just like in the Fourth Great Ninja War, he reappeared using rapid tissue regeneration after being "killed." He's practically unkillable at this point.

As the villages moved closer to forming an alliance, Black Zetsu came to Obito with intel.

"The five major villages are preparing to send troops, but the strength varies," Black Zetsu reported. "Only three Kage are expected to personally join. The rest are sending troops but not their top leaders."

Obito raised an eyebrow. "Only three? So there won't be a full Five Kage summit on the battlefield?"

That was a relief. While Obito didn't fear the Kage individually, the title of 'Five Kage' still carried pressure.

Especially since he only had one Mangekyō eye—he never got his second eye back from Danzo, and without a complete pair, he didn't feel safe. Kamui could help him escape, but not win.

"Konoha and the Sand Village won't send their Hokage and Kazekage. Only the Raikage, Tsuchikage, and Mizukage will lead their own troops," Black Zetsu added.

"Wait—Konoha isn't sending their Hokage? Then who's leading their troops? Don't tell me it's Andrew!"

Obito's face twitched. He would've preferred fighting old man Hiruzen over facing Andrew again.

"No, it's not Andrew," Black Zetsu replied. "He made it clear during a Konoha council meeting that he considers his feud with you over. He's not going."

Obito let out a huge sigh of relief. Andrew's Sharingan techniques were a direct threat to him—Kamui wouldn't protect him from them. Facing Andrew was dangerous even with Kamui's power.

"So... should we warn Nagato about the allied forces?" Black Zetsu asked. "He seems ready for a head-on fight."

"No need," Obito said with a smirk. "Let Nagato show off his Rinnegan. He won't listen to us anyway. A little pain will help him understand his limits. Besides, this alliance might not even succeed against him."

Obito didn't plan to abandon Nagato just yet—the Rinnegan was too valuable. But if things went south, he wouldn't hesitate to take it back. Right now, he still believed Nagato could handle three Kage.

After all, even if the alliance captured Rain Village, the Akatsuki members could just vanish into Obito's Kamui dimension. No one could touch them there.

And this wasn't a full-scale invasion anyway. Each village was only sending part of their forces and one Kage. If they lost, they'd retreat. There was no chance of Akatsuki being wiped out.

Back in Konoha, Andrew wasn't surprised to hear who the Leaf Village was sending.

The Third Hokage wouldn't leave the village, and the two elder advisors were too weak to contribute. Tsunade and Jiraiya were away from the village. That left only one person: Sarutobi Shinnosuke, the Third's son and head of Anbu.

But Shinnosuke wasn't impressive either. If anything, the fact that Danzo and the elders could leak information through Anbu showed how ineffective he was as a leader.

"Let them do as they please," Andrew said, tossing aside the intelligence reports. "Cloud and Rock Villages still have secrets to reveal… but Terumi Mei is interesting."

He looked down at a letter delivered by a ninja falcon from the Hidden Mist Village.

Terumi Mei had personally requested his help.

Although the Uchiha clan wouldn't be officially involved in the coalition, Andrew himself didn't care about that. With his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, he was one of the few who could fight Nagato without being completely overpowered.

If he joined the Mist's team, it would humiliate the Third Hokage, who refused to send a proper representative. It would also give Andrew the upper hand politically—and that was worth considering.

He smirked. "Mist Village wants to gamble? Fine. I'll make sure Konoha pays for looking down on me."
