Uchiha tribe compound, Andrew's residence.
"Hiss! I can't do it anymore! I really can't... You're such a beast!"
The first rays of dawn had barely touched the horizon when Terumi Mei's breathless voice broke the silence. Her cheeks were flushed, her hair tangled like a battlefield—evidence of the long night.
"Hey! Wasn't it you who said I couldn't get hard before? Look at you now!" Andrew grinned shamelessly, his voice laced with pride.
He casually leaned back, stretching lazily as he added, "Eating meat is only satisfying when it's done in big mouthfuls. I decide when negotiations end."
"Damn you... Do you really need to remember something like that for so long?" Terumi Mei gritted her teeth, glaring daggers at him. Her eyes, though exhausted, still carried that familiar fire.
"You—"
BOOM!
Andrew was about to continue his teasing when a deafening explosion echoed from afar, followed by the sharp whistle of emergency flares lighting up the morning sky. The signal lights of both the Police Department and the Uchiha clan were flashing urgently.
"Police Department Prison breach!" he snapped. "Stay inside the compound. Don't wander around!"
His expression darkened. Throwing on his robe, he leapt through the window and disappeared, quickly reaching a hidden alley. With a flash of chakra, he vanished using the Flying Thunder God Technique, reappearing inside the police prison's sealed chamber.
The scene was already chaos.
"This is... Wood Style?!"
The prison cell that had once held both Danzo and Orochimaru was now empty. All that remained were deep grooves carved into the earth and traces of a rampaging jutsu. Judging by the markings, Danzo was clearly responsible. Orochimaru, cunning as ever, had likely used the distraction to escape.
Still, Andrew wasn't worried about Orochimaru. He'd always intended to let him go—he just needed a scapegoat. Danzo served perfectly.
"But Danzo... he's not someone we can let roam freely. If the Third still can't make a decision, then I'll make it for him."
Andrew donned his armor inside the chamber, checking his gear with trained efficiency. With another teleportation seal, he jumped to a perch above the prison courtyard, one of several marks he'd placed in Konoha for emergencies.
Cries of alarm filled the air:
"We have a prison break! He's heading for the village gates!"
"It's Wood Style! Be careful—don't let his jutsu catch you!"
"Orochimaru's gone too! Send backup now!"
It was nearly dawn, a time when even shinobi let down their guard. Danzo had chosen his moment well—calculated, experienced.
But there was one thing he didn't account for: Konoha's security had tightened ever since Kirigakure's visit. Patrols had increased, ANBU were more alert, and the barrier teams had been reinforced.
So the moment he stepped beyond the prison gates—he was spotted.
As part of the distraction, Orochimaru summoned two giant snakes, each the size of a mansion. The serpents surged through the streets near the police station, spreading terror and confusion.
Andrew landed at the prison gates, where members of the Uchiha Clan emerged from the shadows.
"Andrew! That old dog Danzo's escaped! Why didn't you let us handle it?" one of them asked, clearly frustrated.
They had been informed by Andrew beforehand to stand back, and now they were questioning that decision.
Andrew remained calm. "Danzo has been the Hokage's right-hand man for decades. He's the leader of Root. Who knows what trump cards he still has? There's no need to risk your lives unnecessarily."
"Just track him. Don't interfere. Let Konoha deal with him."
Danzo had used forbidden jutsu before—who's to say he didn't have more in store? In canon, Danzo had sacrificed himself using the Four Symbols Seal. But here, without Obito's Kamui or other support, he was far more vulnerable—yet still dangerous.
"Besides," Andrew added grimly, "he's still got two Sharingan in his possession. They might be degraded... but if he activates Izanagi, even once, it could ruin our entire operation."
"So we just watch?" an Uchiha clansman asked with a scowl. "What if he escapes?"
"Relax. The Third knows him best—he won't let Danzo get away. Once Konoha's forces exhaust him, that's when we strike."
Andrew's eyes narrowed. "Don't forget what happened during the Nine Tails Rebellion. We rushed in then—and what did we get? Blame. We fight smart this time."
The words struck a chord. The Uchiha clan members exchanged grim looks, memories of the past flashing in their minds. The trauma of the Nine Tails attack still lingered, like ash that refused to wash away.
Back near the prison, Danzo rampaged through the streets, hurling Wood Style branches to push back Konoha's shinobi. Yet his movements lacked control, his attacks sloppy and erratic.
He had been locked away, isolated, and despite Orochimaru's modifications, he hadn't reached his full strength.
"Sarutobi! Are you trying to stop me?" Danzo snarled as he faced the Third Hokage, who stood firm, his old face set in stone.
Even with enhancements, Danzo wasn't close to Hashirama's level. His Wood Style was crude—a mere imitation of the original. He could barely manage medium-scale attacks, let alone control terrain or suppress tailed beasts.
Elsewhere, Jiraiya and Tsunade had also arrived on the scene.
Jiraiya leaped into battle with a snort. "Danzo, you old fool. Still playing ninja wars at your age?"
Tsunade, arms crossed, didn't move. "I'm only here to make sure the wounded don't pile up."
Two massive toads summoned by Jiraiya clashed against Orochimaru's snakes, evening the odds. With their help, Konoha forces slowly gained control of the battlefield.
"Danzo! You're surrounded! Surrender peacefully!" roared Hiruzen Sarutobi, voice amplified by chakra.
ANBU teams, members of the Hyuga and Aburame clans, and even the Nara Tactical Squad moved in, blocking every escape path.
Above them, the village's barrier team activated a full seal. A glimmering dome of chakra surrounded the village.
"Lord Danzo! We're trapped—unless we break through, there's no way out!" shouted a Root subordinate.
Despite being outnumbered, many hesitated. Danzo still had Wood Style, and nobody wanted to be the first to fall.
Then—
"So this is the infamous Wood Style... impressive."
A puddle shimmered in the Uchiha district. Terumi Mei's reflection appeared in the water, her expression serious.
"I didn't expect Konoha to still possess something so dangerous."
Wood Style—the power of Hashirama Senju—was a symbol of unparalleled strength. For Mei, a Kage herself, it was alarming to see it in the hands of someone like Danzo.
Meanwhile, Danzo glared at Hiruzen. "I won't go down without a fight!"
He raised his right arm—once wrapped in bandages—now grotesque and gnarled, covered in Sharingan embedded into the flesh. With a flick, he unleashed another barrage of branches.
"Composite Jutsu: Earth Dragon Fire Style!"
The Third stepped forward, unleashing his own jutsu to counter Danzo's. A dragon made of earth surged forward, trailing a torrent of fire.
This was no time to hold back. Kage-level threats demanded Kage-level responses.
Danzo's Root forces, though loyal, couldn't match the might of the Third and Jiraiya. Their formations began to collapse.
"If we let Danzo live, the consequences will be irreversible." Andrew said, observing from afar. His Sharingan gleamed with clarity.
"Once his chakra is drained, we move in. Strip him of the Sharingan. End this."
For the safety of Konoha—and for justice.
