Chapter 79 - Chapter 79: All for Uchiha — The Birth of Orochimaru's Rebirth

Good grief. I risked my neck trying to fake Itachi's death just to trigger Sasuke's Sharingan, and what happens? The moment he finds out he's been lied to by his precious Nissan, the brat doesn't just get sad—he explodes and jumps straight to Twin Tomoe!

"Definitely not normal," Andrew muttered, rolling his eyes. "That kid is mentally unstable."

While Fugaku and Mikoto scrambled to console Sasuke, who had been completely blindsided by the deception, Andrew didn't bother sticking around. The job was done. Sasuke had awakened his Sharingan. Objective complete.

Back in his own quarters, Andrew activated the Flying Thunder God seal he had secretly planted in the Daimyo's mansion. The seal shimmered, chakra surged, and within a moment—Shisui Uchiha appeared before him, transported from the Daimyo's residence to Konoha's underground chamber in a flash.

"You… You mastered Flying Thunder God?" Shisui blinked in disbelief.

This jutsu had once been exclusive to Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, and was part of what earned him the title Konoha's Yellow Flash. Even Shunshin no Shisui, the man known for his instantaneous body flickers, knew the difference. Flying Thunder God wasn't speed—it was instantaneous teleportation.

"I tried learning it when Uchiha got access to the Book of Seals," Shisui said. "Tried combining it with Body Flicker, but… no luck. And now you… just—"

Andrew smirked. "Don't tell anyone. This is going to be one of my top-tier tools for assassination, black ops, and maybe the occasional robbery—"

Shisui narrowed his eyes.

Andrew cleared his throat. "Ahem. I mean—part of our family's secret arsenal. We keep this under wraps."

"I get it," Shisui replied. "But still—be cautious. Some people can sense space-time chakra fluctuations. If you're not careful, the wrong eyes will track you."

"Yeah, yeah, I'm not stupid," Andrew waved him off. "But that's not why I brought you here. I need you to cast Kotoamatsukami on Orochimaru. Not to rewrite everything—just a soft adjustment."

"You want to brainwash him… for Uchiha's sake?"

"Exactly," Andrew nodded. "Give him one conviction: Everything he does… is for the Uchiha. But don't mess with the rest. Let his mind, his ambitions, and twisted genius stay intact."

Andrew didn't want to ruin Orochimaru's potential by overcorrecting. The man's value was in his unrestrained obsession with knowledge, not in turning him into a puppet. And besides…

"I still want to see the Konoha Crush go off. Open war with the Sand, the Third Hokage's downfall—how often do you get front-row seats to the fall of an empire?"

Shisui looked thoughtful. "So you're letting Orochimaru do what he wants… as long as his end goal is for Uchiha?"

"All for Uchiha. That's the phrase. He can attack Konoha, experiment on himself, try to become immortal—as long as he believes it's helping our clan."

Shisui understood. "You're using Konoha's own problems to keep them busy. So when Uchiha finally leaves the village… they won't come after us immediately."

"Exactly," Andrew nodded. "Whether we relocate to the old Uzumaki island or to the new port facility, it won't be Konoha anymore. But they won't let us go quietly—so we need distractions."

By now, they had reached the secret prison chamber underneath the Police Force Headquarters. Andrew had remodeled this space specifically to store sensitive personnel and hide time-space markers.

Suddenly, voices echoed from one of the holding corridors. Andrew paused, motioning for Shisui to wait.

It was Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi, speaking privately with a man who was now little more than a disgrace—Danzo Shimura.

"…Why, Danzo? You experimented on orphans. You chased after Wood Style. You endangered the entire village. What was it all for?"

Hiruzen's voice was heavy with exhaustion, a whisper of sorrow.

Danzo, once silent, suddenly erupted with fury. "You still don't understand, Sarutobi! All these years, living in your shadow—did you ever stop to think I wanted to be Hokage too?!"

Danzo's face twisted in anger.

"Our Shimura clan had nothing! No Sharingan, no Byakugan, no clan jutsu, no secret techniques—just dust. While you basked in your Sarutobi heritage, I clawed through the muck! And what did it get me? Nothing!"

"I gave more than you. I planned more than you. I was colder than you. Just like the Second Hokage—yet you got the hat, and I got nothing!"

Andrew and Shisui glanced at each other silently.

"And now you come here and question me? You, who let me carry out your dirty work for decades? You think I don't know what you did to Senju Nawaki?"

Hiruzen's expression froze.

Danzo smirked, eyes bloodshot.

"Yes. I killed Nawaki. But I wasn't the only one. You didn't raise a finger to stop me. You knew if he lived, he'd become Hokage. And you couldn't have that, could you?"

"Danzo…"

"And what about Dan Katō?" Danzo continued, his voice practically shaking with laughter. "He was snooping around using his spirit jutsu, trying to uncover the truth about Nawaki. So I… helped him disappear."

"Tsunade never recovered from that," Hiruzen said softly.

"Which was perfect!" Danzo grinned. "Two birds, one stone! Senju legacy erased. Tsunade broken. The Hokage's chair was clear for the taking."

"You're insane," Hiruzen whispered. "I may have let things happen… but I didn't want this."

"Then you were a coward. And I was a soldier."

Danzo laughed again, dry and hollow.

"I did what you wouldn't. And now I rot in a cell while you strut around with your white beard and moral righteousness. But we're no different, Sarutobi. You're just better at pretending."

Silence fell.

Eventually, Hiruzen turned and walked away, his cane tapping softly against the stone floor. He didn't argue. He didn't deny it.

He just left.

In the shadows, Andrew looked at Shisui. The younger Uchiha looked haunted.

"These… were the men I trusted. The ones who said 'Everything is for Konoha'..."

Andrew rested a hand on his shoulder. "And now you know what they really meant. They didn't mean the people. They meant their version of the village. Their power."

Shisui didn't reply. But his eyes hardened.

"…Uchiha was right to leave Konoha."

He turned toward the door where Orochimaru was being held.

They walked inside.

Danzo sat hunched against the wall, but before he could bark a word, Andrew cast a powerful genjutsu—binding Danzo's senses and cutting him off. There could be no witnesses to what was about to happen.

Shisui stepped forward, eyes glowing with brilliant light.

"Kotoamatsukami."

A silent pulse rippled from his eye.

Orochimaru's limp form shivered—then stilled.

A moment later, he blinked. And smiled.

Andrew returned the smile. "It's done?"

Orochimaru nodded slowly. "Everything… for Uchiha."

He slouched again, acting as if the illusion was still holding him. A perfect disguise.

That was the power of Distinguished Heavenly Gods—a genjutsu so subtle that even the victim didn't know their thoughts had been altered. No resistance. No awareness. Just loyalty embedded deep in the mind.

"Let's go," Andrew said. "We'll release him at the right time."

As they exited, he glanced back at the cell one last time. Orochimaru slumped quietly in the corner. Danzo stared into the void.

One was reborn. The other… was already dead.
