When Lynna left, Sabrina walked in shortly with a file in her hand.
"How did it go, sir? The Manager said she was the most qualified applicant," Sabrina asked.
"We are not employing her. She doesn't deserve a minute as General Accountant," Jayden replied, signaling Sabrina to go ahead and sit.
Sabrina furrowed her brows, her eyes demanding to know why he had made such a decision. But she understood that maybe Jayden was mad at her for insulting him the previous day when he arrived, not knowing he was the new Chairman.
If that was the way he was judging, then she really had no issues with it. She figured it was a good way of punishing her and also believed that such behavior mustn't be tolerated.
Having worked with the former Chairman for six years, she had grown under the influence of strict discipline.
With a shrug, she handed the file to Jayden.
