"Right. I came to discuss a new piece of information I have about Maddox Corp," his eyes narrowed, and his expression hardened as the words flew out of his mouth.
"What's it about this time?" Jin sat up, closing her laptop as she dropped her chin on her hands.
"It's something important as usual, that's why I came here to discuss it. But before that, I'd like you to meet Sera."
"Remember that group I told you I was a part of? Yeah, she's one of the people in it," he spoke, gesturing to Sera, who stepped in through the doors and went straight to the closest chair she could find to sit.
"And Sera, this is Jin... the one I told you guys about earlier."
Jin and Sera exchanged glances, but neither did anything to actually introduce themselves.
"So, about the reason you came here?"
Liam sighed, seeing as his efforts were just excused like he never tried.
"Well, at least I tried to introduce you both," he murmured to himself.
