Leviathan was apprehensive.
"If we succeed, it will be a bloody war once Lucifer finds out."
"All the better," Satan growled.
Mammon smiled in response.
"No, we cannot allow that. Neither side can afford an all-out war. It will be a messy affair."
"What then?"
"We need to make it look like someone else's work—"
"Do you think our brothers are stupid?" Leviathan looked disgusted. "They will find out."
"Eventually, little brother. They will find out eventually. We don't need to hide the truth from them; we need to delay it."
Satan folded his arms. "And who would be willing to take the blame?"
"Isn't there a violent group that bears a great grudge against Lucifer? A group so capable that it wouldn't be suspicious if it became the prime suspect?"
