"So boring," Sasame heard Naruto Uzumaki's complaint as he returned to the tent. It seemed nothing had happened during the time they were gone.
"You won't be bored when we get to the Land of Rivers," Sasame turned to look at Sasuke Uchiha, who was currently sleeping in a tree. He thought for a moment and left him be.
"Teacher, I want to go out and train for a while," Hinata Hyuga's request wasn't a sudden whim. Aside from eating and sleeping, she had been training this whole time. In the original story, this plot point was actually mentioned. Hinata Hyuga often trained her Gentle Fist under the cover of night. Her unique Protection: Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms was developed during this period.

"Sasuke, are you scared?" Sasame raised an eyebrow.
"No, I'm not," Sasuke Uchiha immediately took a spoonful. His face quickly turned red, but he didn't shout like Naruto Uzumaki. He just sped up his hand movements, chugging water into his mouth. Hinata Hyuga watched her two teammates with lingering fear. She finally understood why Sasame had specifically ordered a plate of regular curry for her.
Although it was very spicy, Sasuke Uchiha and Naruto Uzumaki still gritted their teeth and finished it. When it was time to pay, Sasame remembered that Granny Sansho had a son named Rokushou, who had joined the Kurosuki family. Not wanting to miss out on any Destiny Value, he asked, "Granny, do you know the way to the Kusagakure gold mine?"
