"I found him in the snow... he's in my cabin... his health is getting worse... please, he needs help..."
The manager's eyes widened. The team looked at each other—relieved and panicked at the same time.
They didn't ask questions… they just followed her.
They reached the cabin… the place that just a while ago was meant to be her last memory.
One of the team members—thankfully—was a doctor.
They quickly carried him in their arms…
Her hands stayed still… her eyes just followed…
She stood there… quietly.
Watching.
Frozen.
She couldn't do anything… nothing…
She didn't even say, "Can I come?"
Because they didn't know her.
Because he didn't know her.
He was a star.
And she… she was no one.
Just a girl… who had no one.
No family. No friends. Just… void.
She watched them walk away with him…
Her throat tightened.
She just hoped… that he would be okay.
That he would survive. That he would smile again. Laugh again. Breathe again.
And maybe… just maybe…
It was better this way.
Maybe it was for his own good to stay away from her.
Because the people she loved…
never stayed.
They always went away.
