Chapter 27 - Episode 27: "The Unraveling Truth"

The Arrival at Zius Palace

The Sang group finally arrives at the grand Palace of Zius. Its towering structure, gleaming with opulence, leaves them in awe. The elder of Zius, a wise figure, speaks in a deep tone:

"This is the place. You may take rest here."

The group moves inside, their eyes wide with wonder at the scale and beauty of the palace, a place far beyond anything they've seen. Their journey has led them to this mysterious, regal location. They carry Sang, whose weakened state has taken a toll on him.

Elder of Zius:

"We shall take him to a room. Let him rest."

Once they lay Sang on the bed, his body trembles. There is a struggle in his expression, as though something unseen is tormenting him. His aura begins to fluctuate wildly. The group looks on, confused and alarmed.

Sylin (worried):

"What's happening to him?!"

The elder watches with quiet concern but speaks calmly:

"Perhaps the battle has worn him thin. Let him be... We will leave him to rest."

As the group leaves and gently closes the door, a dark aura envelops Sang. His struggle intensifies, the room growing colder as his energy begins to surge. The air thickens with tension, and Sang's aura turns pitch black. His eyes flicker with desperation.

Sang (demanding):

"Who are you? Show me your face!"

A deep, powerful voice echoes from the abyss, cold and enigmatic:

"You wish to see me, do you? To reach me... you must do one thing."

Sang (baffled and determined):

"What?!"

Deep Voice:

"It is within you, Sang... within your heart."

Sang (confused):

"In my heart?"

The Court of Vilgrim

The scene shifts to Vilgrim, sitting on his imposing throne, surrounded by his court. The members murmur amongst themselves, discussing the recent events. The tension is palpable. Suddenly, Vilgrim slams his fist onto the armrest, his voice cutting through the air like a blade.

Vilgrim (roaring):

"Silence!"

Vilgrim:

"Now, spy demon, is that all you have concluded?"

The spy demon bows, his voice trembling:

"Yes, my King."

Vilgrim:

"Then the court is dismissed."

As the courtiers begin to scatter, murmurs of curiosity and unease ripple through the chamber.

The Castle of Zius

Back in the palace, Arkhar looks at the old man with suspicion.

Arkhar (with a hint of disbelief):

"War? What are you blabbering about?"

The old man responds in a grave tone, his voice heavy with the weight of ancient knowledge.

Old Man:

"It is the fate of all of us, Arkhar."

Arkhar (puzzled):

"Fate of all of us?"

Vilgrim's Quest for Knowledge

In Vilgrim's empire, the King approaches his grandfather, his face hard with resolve.

Vilgrim:

"Grandfather, I need to know more about the Kthai Clan. You once told me about a place where such knowledge is kept... Where is it?"

Grandfather (without hesitation):

"The Library of Libru. A place of ancient records. There, you will find all you seek."

Vilgrim (determined):

"Then I'm leaving now."

The Secret Chamber

The old man leads the group through a winding path to a secret chamber hidden deep within the castle. The room is filled with relics of ancient power—shining weapons, dusty books, and arcane artifacts. At the far end, a box rests on a pedestal.

Old Man:

"Follow me."

They approach the box, and the old man opens it carefully, revealing a small note inside. He hands it to the adult boy.

Old Man:

"Read it aloud."

The adult boy unrolls the note and begins to read, his voice resonating with significance:

"The King of the Dominion is..."

The room falls silent as Arkhar thinks to himself, a shiver running down his spine:

Arkhar (in his mind):

"It speaks of ours... Who is our awaited leader?"

The adult boy continues, his voice steady and final:

Adult Boy:

"KEYOKTHAI SHAMMROY."

The words echo through the chamber, leaving the group in stunned silence. The revelation hangs in the air.

The Darkness Stirs

The final scene shifts to a dark and desolate cave, its atmosphere thick with foreboding. A man's voice whispers from the shadows, calm and assured.

Man's Voice:

"The time is beginning."

From the deepest shadows, glowing eyes pierce the dark, a presence of power and malice. The voice speaks again, colder this time, full of authority:

Glowing Eyes:

"Not too late."
