What should I call you? old man who does not belong in this era," and hearing my words for a second, Xu was stunned; even shock could be seen on his face, and then Xu speaks, "Li, test that boy," and without a second, someone jumps at me fast. For a second, I almost got punched only because of Chi; I even dodged!
Jumping back, I looked at a man wearing a whitish mask on his forehead, only covering his eyes; the rest of his face was covered by the ninja outfit he wore, and I knew this dude. He was Death Dealer, the man who trained Shang-Chi in the movie...
"What? Why won't you come yourself? Mandarin, are you scared? old man?" And just as I was speaking, I was dodging all of Death Dealer's punches and kicks fast, and just then Death Dealer pulled out a knife and then started to slash and jab fast with the knife in his hands, and I barely dodged and pulled my one hand out of my pocket and threw a punch—my fist was glowing golden once again—right at Death Dealer, and he dodged it fast, doing a backflip in the air. He landed a kick on my shoulder, making me fall to one knee...
"Who are you now? Some ninja who has put his whole life into fighting or something? cliché like that?" And hearing my words, Death Dealer speaks in a cold tone, "Boy, you say big words for someone who has not even fought a life-and-death battle." It seems Death Dealer has noticed how I fought. It was true after all; I had never had a hand-to-hand fight in a life-and-death situation before...
But just then I grab Death Dealer's leg, which was still on my shoulder, and my hand starts to glow a little. Before Death Dealer knows it, he is feeling weak... and then I pull him down hard, grabbing him by his head, and I hold him like that for a few seconds, and then Death Dealer twists his legs and spins and gets out of my grip and jumps away from me, and now Death Dealer pulls out his staff and more than one knife...
And then, not a second later, Death Dealer throws more than one knife at me while running at me fast with his staff, and this time I dodge everything with almost no effect, and I even slap his staff away and kick his calf right before he was about to throw a kick, turn around, and dodge his punch while landing a spin back kick right on his chest! Pushing Death Dealer back fast! And the death dealer holds his staff and looks in pure shock! And at this point, everyone was looking at this in pure shock; even Xu had a dumbfounded look on his face for a few seconds...
"What? Happened? That kid was losing, but just a few seconds of fighting later, he is now winning against the Dealer of all people. Someone else speaks, "No, did you notice? He has some sort of power for sure. He is stronger than a normal human for sure, and when his fists start to glow, his punches are bone-breaking, but that's not the impossible part. The impossible part is how he is now overpowering Death Dealer... That should be simply impossible because even though Death Dealer was not stronger than a human, he was, in fact, more skilled than that boy, so no matter how strong you hit, if you can't land a hit, you are useless... That boy, he should have lost... not what's happening right now...'
While in the hall, Leo was casually dodging the knives that Death Dealer threw at him. Leo even grabbed one of the knives out of the air and then started to fight Death Dealer with a knife in close combat, and Leo was fairly keeping up with Death Dealer, even sometimes cutting Death Dealer a few times on the shoulder, waist, and forearm! And then, with a grunt, Death Dealer grabs his staff hard and swings it fast and hard in all sorts of styles, and I move with Death Dealer, almost copying how he moved and dodging with ease... but just then, Death Dealer throws himself in the air by using the end of his staff; he spins in the air fast and brings the staff down with him! Onto Leo's face, but just then Leo's fist starts to glow! And then...
BOOM! Bam!
And Death Dealer was sent flying back, but he does more than one backflip and lands on his feet, and Death Dealer was stunned out of his mind; he even had a sense of fear in his eyes when he saw this boy in front of him right now. Leo looked like a monster, and Leo just stood there for a second, breathing air, and he had closed his eyes, and then he opened them. Leo had this shit-eating grin on his face!
'Ah, it works! Really, what did I do? Well, when Death Dealer kicked my shoulder, I got on my one knee just to buy some time, and then I first used Chi Absorption to make Death Dealer weak for a few seconds, and then, while using Chi Absorption, I also grabbed his forehead and used Chi Mind Meld...
In a few seconds, I learned about months' worth of fighting skills knowledge and a lot of other things too, but I could not copy all of Death Dealer's knowledge in my mind.
