I handed ten thousand valis to Misha, she took the money and took out a contract out of nowhere, if I was to guess that contract came out from her inventory within her smartphone.
The smartphone has unfathomable powers and that kind of ability was just its basic capabilities, this phone are Stard users from the guild and only distributed among them.
I took the contract and read it.
"There is no problem," I filled all the asked information and handed the contract back to Misha.
She checked the contract and looked for my mistakes, when she found none she started to tweak with the contract like she was using a smartphone.
Few moments later.
"There is no problem, you only need to finish this final step." After saying that she put down the contract on the table and tapped it with her index finger.
Soon the documents erupted with a mysterious force covering the entire meeting box, then an energy gathered above the contract forming a holographic interface akin to holograms in advanced civilization, but instead of being made from science this before me was made from unfathomably mighty supernatural powers that even the strongest entities of all failed to notice and grasp.
Within that interface, the map of an entire nation was displayed, a nation where the Orario City lay as its capital. The Divine Nation of StarDust, ruled by the gods.
Ruled by the gods, that was a lie, it is ruled by the guild, if the patron God of the guild moves it's all over, after all the God who made the guild was the boss of all the gods in this universe. I don't know who's that God and how powerful he is, he already appeared in multiple books within the guild so I at least know his name and divine title. He is Ouranos the God of The Sky. A primordial Deity of Olympos Pantheon and also the Strongest God of Tenkai only second to the Creator God of this Multiverse.
I gazed upon the map and when I did, I knew what to do, the information just showed before my eyes.
I looked at the north and saw rocky plains, rocks and barren fields, rocky hills and mountains, and large canyons stretching hundreds of miles, there is nothing but rocks here. West was another grassland stretching hundreds of thousands of miles and in exact 145,000 miles lay the port of Melen and the vast expanse of the ocean.
East is another grassland, a few thousands of miles lay the elven forest and beyond it is the inland part of the continent.
South is grassland, at its borders lay the mountain range and desert.
I crossed the north from the list, it is not suitable for farming but that's not the reason I did this, that place was prone to becoming the battlefield of wars between Rakia and Orario, that place was yearly being baptized with war.
East, there too many farmlands already, 70% was turned to agriculture land, and 60% of it was owned by Demeter Familia. Too many people was already there.
The only option left was South or West and I decided to take South, the West doesn't have any location that suited what I want.
I was looking for a place that bordered forest and grassland and there is a location like that in the South around hundreds of miles away. The other one was in the East but it was too far, at least 200,000 miles away.
I marked the location and then signed my signature.
"Congrats, you own a land now." Misha.
"Thank you."
John and Misha spent their time in the Meeting box all day discussing about the dungeon and the facilities of the guild.
Early in the night.
The Sky bloomed with the starry sky, and the moon gently glowed illuminating the now dark land.
The unimaginably massive violet planet stayed the same dominating the sky backdrop, unchanging and eternal.
The streets became more crowded than before, at this hour many adventurers were returning from the dungeon.
Taverns and Bars became lively, adventurers drinking alcohol to relax their tense mind, some went to the brothels and some just straight out back to their homes or their Familia headquarters and slept.
Waitresses put all kinds of tactics to lure in customers in their taverns, some were just singing beautiful songs, some were just outwardly dragging them in, some used sweet words to attract the fool, and some were doing normal advertising. The most explosive ones among them were the Amazonesses, they straight up seduced the crowd with their skimpy clothes, almost like they didn't wear anything from how little the fabric was.
I continued to walk on the western streets and stumbled upon a unique tavern. What made this tavern unique, is it the appearance? No. Is it the food and alcohol? No. Is it the customer service? No. It is the waitresses who made them unique, they are more beautiful than the others, strong and more importantly their souls, they were tainted by sin but not controlled by it. Their story that I saw from them made me interested.
Especially that silver-haired waitress who was pretending to be a mortal even though she is a goddess, goddess of beauty huh.
She was covered in sin and tainted by many men, however her inner soul was pure and unblemished, she was a caged bird. She had never seen the world with her own eyes for so long, blessed by despair in the past but lightened up by hope of a promised love.
What a good story, but a sad one, she reminds me of Mera, the True Creator of Beauty.
I shook my head and continued walking, I visited this place in the future not now.
I walked the western main street for a while, before taking a U-turn and went to the southern main street, I went out the city and went to my purchased land.
