Kroger is still in flames and unconscious. The spirit looked shocked.
His flames draped around the Blade. Some left on him, which is coming out from his wounds.
He started bouncing the walls. His eyes glowed yellow. He let's out fire attack replicating the arrow attack from earlier. They spirit let out his own attack, which neutralized his attacks.
Kroger suddenly became faster and stronger. He started circling at the feet's of the spirit. He formed a gaint blue fire storm, which damages the spirit.
Kroger followed it by wolf fire. This time, the wolves were bigger and more ferocious. They bit the spirit and blow up. The spirit took a step back.
INSIDE KROGER'S MIND
it was a dark place. Kroger's feet's were in water just below the knees. There were no walls, no ceiling, and no floor. He couldn't figure out where he was.
" An i dead? I remember getting knocked out by the spirit. No, I can't be dead. I need to save everyone anira, kasio, lien and Moana. I am the one who led them in this dangerous place. I need to get them out safely." He thought
There was just a fire havaring around which provided the light to see. He approached the fire and recognized that this was the same fire he used to have glimpses in his childhood and during the fight with kael.
" WHAT is it?" He thought.
IN THE CASTLE
the spirit created a bow and arrow made of magic. He fired it towards Kroger, which he blocked and canceled after struggling a bit.
He jumped, started spinning. He powered his blade and swang at the spirit. The spirit blocked it with a magic shield.
Kachak....
Cracks started to appear on the shield. Kroger breaks through the shield and lands a powerful attack right in the center. The spirit was hurt badly. He lost his balance and threw himself at the throne rattled.
Kroger was standing there wounded and unconscious. Yet, he fought with a power even he did not know he had. His body was on blaze, and he stood there with sword in hand.
" You are strong. I couldn't believe the flames had chosen you, but you can't control them willingly. You are not stronger than me." The spirit said
The spirit muttered
" Ascended relms:
With hearts of steel and voices vast,
They guard the future and heal the past.
Through storm and silence, bold and fast—
Guardian of Light and Dark comes last."
The scene changes suddenly they were transported to a different dimension.
A cold, vast, and humid waste land. Behind the spirit was a sun and a moon. Beneath the sun stands a giant white knight with a spear and a shield. On the other hand, beneath the moon stands an identical knight just black in color. They seem to have been guarding the sun and the moon, respectively. Half of the scene was day while the other half was night.
The spirit:" Let's see if you can survive this."
The knights started moving. They raised their spears and attacked Kroger together.
INSIDE KROGER'S MIND
He was about to touch flames, but they suddenly busted into this huge fireball, and Kroger was sent flying back.
OUTSIDE
Kroger blocked with his sword and asked, a huge explosion happened, forming a huge dust cloud.
UP IN THE FOREST
Kasio and the others were following the trail, which led them to an alter. Their antidetect magic were off as they walked into a protected zone.
An ancient stone altar, weathered by time, stands in the forest's heart, cloaked in moss and mystery, echoing forgotten rituals beneath a canopy of whispering leaves.
On the top was anira, unconscious just laying there. Those three made their way up the alter.
Zoom....
A protective barrier suddenly starts to disintegrate. It was a trap. They looked around in realization.
Roar.. row...Rao....rhi...
Multiple roars started to come from the forest, heading their way. They were scared. They hoped for a miracle.
Countless beasts came out of the forest, ready to eat them alive. Gaint serpent from earlier, spiders, demon tigers, etc. Seeing them surrounded by all these beast. They lost all hope.
Moana:" What are we going to do?"
Kasio:"We will figure it out. First, we need to wake up anira." He said in an unsure and defeated voice.
Lien:" We can't do anything. We are all dead."
Kasio tried to reassure him, but he lost all hope. He was never going to believe him as he himself lost the hope of survival. Moana was on her knees, holding the anira.
They were unable to come up with any ideas to get out of this. There time was running out as the beasts approached closer.
They started climbing the altar. All of a sudden, a bright beam of light crashed into the altar near kasio and the others.
OUTSIDE THE FOREST
Lucus's henchmen:" lucus how we will handle the school board when they find out."
lucus:"We will frame it as her friends did it. They are not making it out alive anyway."
They all just laughed and evil laugh and went back.
It was Kroger. They all took a sighed of . They, they looked at him as they were given a second life or like he was th' gods answtheir there prayers.
Kroger, with just a gentle smile across his face, turned and asked:" Are you guys doing ok?"
Kasio:" Not really." He adjusted his glasses.
Moana:" You looked a little different."
Kroger:" You think so."
She was right. He had a tattoo across his arm, which was not there before.
Lien:" You were getting a tattoo in the valley."
Kasio:" What was inside that valley?"
Kroger:" Nobody, just an old tattoo artist. Now, it's time to make it out alive."
Kroger jumped into the beasts and started slaughtering them. Seeing his power, everyone was shocked. Then came the gaint serpent from earlier.
Kroger gripped his sword tighter, and jumped. With just one attack he cut the serpent into two pieces.
Moana:" he is even stronger than before." Everyone nodded in approval.
Kasio quickly took care of the other beast with help from lien and kasio. Moana carrying anira was circled with others on three sides as they make there way out of the jungle.
They made out of the jungle completely exhausted. They made there way to the dorm and decided to discuss this in the morning.
