Chapter 63 - Chapter 63 Chu Xuanfeng: What Are You Afraid Of? All Is Powerless Before God!

The strange beasts, who had been quietly observing, suddenly knelt one after another.

Even the enormous birds—each as large as helicopters—folded their wings and landed.

The King of White Snake Ridge had arrived.

No creature dared hover overhead.

All beasts bowed low.

A silver-white serpent's head emerged at the peak of the mountain, its cold gaze locking onto Chu Xuanfeng and the ox.

The earth trembled continuously.

In moments, the serpent's vast, snow-white body coiled across the mountain, covering it completely.

"My God... what kind of monster is that?"

"It's the King of White Snake Ridge! This is its domain—we should never have come here!"

"No wonder the beasts were so restless. They were waiting for their king. How many people will die this time?"

"Die? The White Snake might slaughter the entire city."

A Bodhi Organization stranger spoke coldly.

Among the gathering, a woman frowned as she stared at Chu Xuanfeng from afar.

Is that... my ex-boyfriend?

Lin Naoyi couldn't believe her eyes.

Why is he here?

"Find an opportunity to retreat," one of her subordinates whispered urgently.

"With the White Snake King present, it's bound to be a massacre. Taihang Mountain will be bathed in blood."

"We'll cover the exit. Honestly, that idiot really pushed things too far. Provoking the White Snake King like this... now we can't even negotiate."

Curses rippled through the crowd.

But no one dared move.

The White Snake King's presence blanketed all of White Snake Ridge.

Any sudden movement would mean certain death.

Meanwhile, Chu Xuanfeng calmly examined the massive serpent.

Then he sneered.

"You? Just a little earthworm.

If my God were to descend, you'd cower in the dirt."

The Eternal God's purple serpent stretches over ten thousand meters. Its body is as strong as mountains themselves.

This puny white snake? It wouldn't even survive a fart from His divine beast!

The White Snake King narrowed its eyes and lashed out with its tail.

A thousand-meter-tall mountain was smashed to rubble in an instant.

Countless shards became deadly shrapnel, cutting down humans indiscriminately.

Chu Xuanfeng's face darkened.

This snake's cruel—it kills without hesitation.

"Enough talk.

If your so-called god doesn't show up soon...

everyone here will die!"

The serpent's voice rumbled like thunder.

Then came exclamations from the outskirts of the ridge.

The crowd turned to see that not just thousands—but tens of thousands—of beasts had surrounded the entire Taihang Mountain range.

Escape was no longer an option.

"Damn it! I got greedy... now there's no way out!"

"Contact the other branches. We'll need a coordinated breakout."

"The White Snake King might be powerful, but it can't kill everyone at once. We can take down the lesser beasts."

"Yes! We'll fight together and break through!"

The three major factions and smaller groups sprang into action.

Meanwhile, the Black Bull standing beside Chu Xuanfeng was quietly cursing.

I knew this kid was trouble. Why did I ever stick with him?

Now, even escaping will cost me dearly.

The Black Bull lowered its voice:

"Kid... how confident are you, really?

This world is protected by supreme powers.

Even ancient legacies can't break those restrictions.

High-level forces can't descend into this world."

I better remind him—if he overplays his hand, we're both dead.

Chu Xuanfeng didn't answer.

He kept moving, descending from the platform to the foot of the hill.

The stone platform he'd created had been transformed.

Ancient, mysterious symbols were etched into the rock.

Spectators squinted at the markings.

What do these lines mean?

No one understood.

Even Lin Naoyi, despite her powerful lineage, couldn't decipher them.

She had someone photograph the altar and send it to her family.

But the reply was the same:

It's mysterious. Possibly powerful. But unknown.

Ten minutes passed.

The ox finished its work, returned to the platform, and began bleeding the strange beasts.

The blood flowed into the etched symbols.

Something incredible happened.

What had seemed like mere carvings now glowed with a hazy red light.

On the other side, Chu Xuanfeng completed his preparations.

He swept his gaze across the crowd, finally focusing on the White Snake King.

"The blood altar is complete."

"As the Eternal God's envoy, I have summoned my God."

"Originally, I planned to sacrifice other beasts today... but since you've presented yourself, White Snake, it seems fate has chosen you."

The entire altar pulsed with red light.

The more blood it absorbed, the brighter it became.

Chu Xuanfeng wiped the blood from his hands, then knelt before the altar, raising his eyes skyward.

"Great Eternal God, I, your humble and devoted servant Chu Xuanfeng, offer this mountain as your altar and blood as your offering. I forge this blood altar in your name."
