Before Eugene could ask again, they saw Len and Claude walk into the hospital. Jane and Irving were steps behind them, like they were servants. Eugene excused himself to speak to his best friend. After some exaggerated hand gestures, he brought Jane and Claude to where Odessa and Hunie should be. Len and Irving were left to meet Frederick in the lobby.

Poof! Claude crashed into Len's bed again. He didn't realize he would find himself on this bed a lot of times, and it hadn't even been a month since they met. Claude kicked off his shoes and curled up on the high-quality sheets and mattress. He even hoarded the pillows, leaving none for Len.
