Fortunately, he didn't have to press as much this time, since each draw cost 10 Chaos Points.
Hal finished thirty presses later and tapped on his left wrist to admire his new arsenal.
Out of 200 Common draws, he had managed to pull a total of 97 cards, confirming his theory that the more cards he drew within a specific time range, the higher his chances of success.
Last time, his draw percentage had been in the mid-to-high thirty-percent range.
Now, it has improved to nearly fifty percent, with a noticeable streak of success in the last sixty draws.
Hal managed to pull five permanent common-tier spells out of the 97 draws: Summon Spirit Wolf, Conjure Chains, Mana Barrier, Knockback, and finally, good old Fireball.
