In a moment of crisis, Annie naturally wouldn't choose to stand idly by. Her uncontrollable body lunging forward, she raised her hands, aiming to grab at the space before her. Suddenly, Zheng Jia Ru and Xia Yu felt dizzy as if the world was spinning around them. Their combined attack on Annie abruptly turned its trajectory mid-flight, causing Zheng Jia Ru's fist to swing towards Xia Yu's head and Xia Yu's condensed iron sword to sweep towards Zheng Jia Ru's stomach.
Spirit attack! Directly controlling a person's consciousness, this is one of the Witch's specialized techniques for attacking. If Annie were up against cultivators with weak will from mid-low levels, she could directly erase their consciousness, turning them into living corpses, or she could manipulate their consciousness to make them her servants for a short time. However, when facing opponents of the same level, she could only catch them off guard by affecting their consciousness in an instant.
