As expected, the efficiency of my meditation is no longer as high as before. Is it returning to normal?
The current efficiency of meditation, while higher compared to a normal Third Stage, had now returned to normal in the context of the Fourth Stage.
Previously, during those last few spirals, Alka experienced a substantial power gap in the Dream Realm, which propelled his rapid advancement. This led to an extremely exaggerated meditation efficiency, with his power constantly increasing.
With the Dream Realm at Fifth Stage and reality at Fourth Stage finally reaching a certain balance, at least it wasn't as disconnected as before. The efficiency of natural power advancement within the Dream Realm also significantly slowed down.
Though Alka's current power advancement remained higher than the average person, it was somewhat more normal and not as exaggerated as before.
