On Monday, Lin Jie came to school for class as usual.
He found that the number of students coming to the small auditorium had more than doubled.
The seats in the aisle were all taken, and many people were even standing at the door and in the hallway.
Lin Jie put on the microphone, glanced around, and said, "I guess many of you are here out of curiosity, just wanting to see me in person to judge whether I'm real or not?"
The small auditorium erupted in light laughter.
Lin Jie continued, "Now that you've seen me."
"Like you, I also have a nose and a pair of eyes. Other than being slightly better looking, there's nothing special about me."
Amid the chuckles, Lin Jie raised his voice, "The lectures I give are quite dry, and without a substantial background in medical knowledge, they're absolutely incomprehensible."
"So, I ask the non-medical students to leave the auditorium, and give the seats to classmates who need to attend the lecture. Thank you!"
