He glanced at his phone; it was Meng Guoxiong calling. Calling early in the morning seemed to indicate that he really wasn't home last night, which put Lin Mu somewhat at ease. If Meng Guoxiong found out Lin Mu had slept with his precious daughter, who knows what kind of melodramatic situation might unfold!
"Uncle Meng!" Lin Mu answered the call and said.
"Heh, Lin Mu, you're awake, aren't you?" Meng Guoxiong asked.
"Yeah, just woke up!"
"Did you sleep well last night?"
"Um... hehe, yeah, very well!" Lin Mu chuckled awkwardly as he spoke. If that wasn't comfortable, then nothing in this world would be enjoyable! It was simply the greatest pleasure in life!
"Glad to hear! I just called to let you know that I have a few meetings today, so I can't take you to the airport. Wei'er will take you instead. Oh, and don't forget breakfast!" Meng Guoxiong said.
"Yeah, I got it, Uncle. Don't worry about it!" Lin Mu replied.
