"Alright!" Yan nodded.
The soldier immediately jogged inside. Shortly after, he ran out again, politely inviting Yan in. The soldier asked Yan to wait in the duty room, and Vice Commander Cai would drive over to pick her up. Upon hearing this, Yan's expression slightly changed.
Ten minutes later, a military Hummer emerged from inside, stopping at the entrance of the duty room. A rugged middle-aged man, around fifty years old and full of energy, got out of the car. His muscles were well-developed, clearly a seasoned warrior of the battlefield. This man was Cai Jianguo, Vice Commander of the Guangzhou Military Region.
"Yanzi, you're here!" Cai Jianguo laughed heartily, then took two steps towards the duty room. The soldiers at the door and the one on duty saluted him.
"Dad..." Yan said awkwardly, glancing at the man. Cai Jianguo laughed heartily, saying, "Come on, follow me inside!"
