Ye Xin ran out of Yang Chen's bedroom with flushed cheeks, just in time to bump into Meng Po who was casually drinking tea in the living room.
Meng Po glanced at Ye Xin, pretending to be surprised, and looked at her, "Sister Xin, why aren't you asleep yet?"
"Oh! I, I'm going to sleep now." Ye Xin said as she tried to leave.
Meng Po asked, "Why is your face so red, did you catch a cold?"
"No, just ran into a hooligan!" Ye Xin's face turned red with shame, and she quickly ran upstairs.
Watching Ye Xin's figure disappear upstairs, Meng Po continued drinking her tea, her gaze flickering with unknown thoughts.
After a short while, Yang Chen came out wearing a black T-shirt, got a glass of water, and sat in front of Meng Po, asking, "Why aren't you asleep?"
"Can't sleep." Meng Po replied in a deep voice.
"What are you worried about?"
"You!"
"Me?" Yang Chen frowned slightly.
