The development and economy of Jiangning City are almost saturated. In search of better development opportunities, the president of Tengyuan Group, Ning Wanxi, has set her sights on Southeast City, the provincial capital.
This is an ambitious goal. However, Southeast City is home to even larger corporate groups than Tengyuan Group, and it's hard to say whether Ning Wanxi's development plan will face obstacles.
