**Chapter 92: Are You Crazy? You Want to Eat Carbink Too?**
After Qi Shu and the unkempt Pokémon Trainer left, Bai Feng and Larvitar continued to explore the Mine.
The one person and two Pokémon walked for a distance, finally getting past the section where the mine lamps were broken.
After walking for a while longer, Larvitar, carrying its small shovel, dashed off in one direction. When it reached a corner, it skillfully dug with its shovel.
"Larvitar, what's wrong? Did you find something?" Bai Feng asked.
Larvitar didn't answer Bai Feng, just buried its head and dug there. After a while, it turned its little face, covered in dust, and held up a fist-sized stone, smiling brightly at Bai Feng.
It was holding a Silver-Gold Stone in its hand.
"Yo~ Yo~ Yo~" See? I told you I could dig it up. You still didn't believe me.
Larvitar's little face was full of pride.
Bai Feng walked over and took the Silver-Gold Stone, examining it. He found that the purity was quite high. Just this one stone alone earned back the cost of the ticket; after all, the ticket was relatively cheap.
Of course, it was only worth the ticket price, just this small piece.
"Alright, alright, you're amazing. I'll put it away for you. I'll let you eat it when we get Home," Bai Feng said, skillfully putting the Silver-Gold Stone into his space backpack.
Larvitar looked at the disappearing Silver-Gold Stone, its eyes full of reluctance. It wanted to taste it immediately.
It wanted to know if the taste of the one it dug up itself was the same as the one bought. (Bai Feng: Those are all excuses, you're just greedy!)
Bai Feng patted its little belly and said, "Keep working hard and try to find more. That way, you can eat as much as you want!"
"Yo~ Yo~"
Hearing this, Larvitar was immediately filled with motivation. It held up its small shovel, indicating it would definitely find all the Silver-Gold Stone in the entire Mine.
After saying that, Larvitar dashed out, digging here and there in various corners.
However, reality was harsh. Aside from the first one, Larvitar didn't find a second Silver-Gold Stone afterward. Its mood visibly became dejected.
Seeing this, Bai Feng comforted it, "Alright, even if you didn't dig up Silver-Gold Stone, didn't you still dig up so much mud to take back? It's pretty good as a little snack, you didn't lose out!"
Larvitar didn't become happy because of Bai Feng's comfort. It walked forward dejectedly, and the small shovel in its hand changed from being carried to being dragged.
Along the way, Bai Feng and the others successively encountered several Pokémon Trainers. They heard them say that some people had dug up several pieces of Silver-Gold Stone, and Larvitar's mouth was watering from envy.
As they walked deeper into the Mine, the number of Pokémon Trainers Bai Feng and the others encountered gradually increased. Some came to mine, while others came to catch the rumored Eevee.
However, they didn't see Eevee. Instead, Aron appeared in the Mine, so quite a few Pokémon Trainers went chasing after Aron.
Bai Feng felt that if you don't have a Mine at Home, it's better not to get involved with Pokémon like Aron. Raising that guy is the same as burning money.
However, Bai Feng wasn't qualified to talk about others; after all, he was raising Larvitar, which was even more heavyweight than Aron.
Aron only needs to eat ore, but Larvitar not only needs to eat good ore, but also needs to eat Pokémon Food made from Grade A Berries to grow to its maximum potential.
It was also fortunate that Bai Feng could grow Berry trees himself, and currently still had some savings.
Larvitar didn't know that its Pokémon Trainer was currently thinking to himself that it was a glutton. It was staring intently in one direction.
"Larvitar, what are you looking at?" Bai Feng asked doubtfully, seeing Larvitar suddenly stand there motionless.
"Yo~ Yo~"
Larvitar pointed at a dark corner and cried out excitedly.
Although mine lamps were installed in the Mine, they couldn't illuminate every corner. Some corners were still completely dark.
Larvitar was pointing at just such a place.
"What's there?" Bai Feng turned on his flashlight and walked over cautiously.
When he got there and looked, he saw that several Carbink were huddled in the corner.
The Carbink were very timid. Seeing Bai Feng suddenly appear, they were startled and huddled trembling in the corner.
"So it was just a few Carbink." Bai Feng sighed in relief. He thought it was something else. "Larvitar, you... you're not so greedy that you even want to eat Carbink, are you?"
The Carbink were greatly frightened upon hearing this. They immediately started Rapid Spin and, in the blink of an eye, drilled Underground and disappeared.
"Yo~ Yo~"
Larvitar became very angry after seeing the Carbink disappear. It kept pulling hard on Bai Feng's pants, almost pulling Bai Feng's pants off.
"What are you doing? You don't really want to eat Carbink, do you? You can't eat these!" Bai Feng said, holding up his pants.
Larvitar became even angrier upon hearing this. It told Bai Feng that if the Carbink led the way, their chances of finding ore would be much higher.
"You can do that?" Bai Feng was surprised.
"Yo? Yo?" Now you've scared them all away!
Larvitar puffed up its little face angrily.
"How about we look again?" Bai Feng said.
Larvitar nodded. It ran to the Cave Entrance the Carbink had dug, stretched its neck to look inside, but how could it see anything? As a result, it accidentally got its head stuck inside.
Bai Feng quickly pulled its leg and pulled it out.
"Which direction should we look in?" Bai Feng fell into distress.
Larvitar's head was covered in mud. It leaned against Bai Feng's leg, sitting sprawled out, its little face also full of distress.
"That's right!"
A flash of inspiration appeared in Bai Feng's mind. He took out Bai Ye's Poké Ball and released Bai Ye.
"Mother, see if you can use Psychic to sense which direction this Passage leads to," Bai Feng said, pointing at the Tunnel the Carbink had dug.
"Gardevoir~" I'll try.
Bai Ye walked to the Cave Entrance, slowly closed its eyes, and extended its Psychic Energy towards the inside of the Tunnel. After a while, it opened its eyes.
"Gardevoir~ Gardevoir~" It seems to be that way!
Bai Ye said, pointing in one direction.
Hearing this, Bai Feng grabbed the Larvitar sprawled on the ground and pulled it up, saying, "Alright, let's go look in this direction now. We'll definitely find it."
"Yo~"
Bai Feng's words ignited Larvitar's fighting spirit. It dragged its small shovel and ran off in a flash towards the direction Bai Ye indicated.
Bai Feng quickly took Bai Ye and Heliolisk and chased after it.
They didn't know how long they ran, but Bai Feng and the others ran further and further off course, and in the end, they actually ran directly out of the Mine.
Bai Feng looked at the map in his hand and found that the Entrance/Exit they came out of was not any of the seven Entrance/Exit marked on the map.
Looking at the Rocky Mountain in front of them, which was full of scattered rocks, Bai Feng looked at Bai Ye and asked, "Mother, are you sure the Passage the Carbink dug leads in this direction?"
"Gardevoir~ Gardevoir~" Maybe. They dug too deep; I could only sense it vaguely.
Gardevoir also had an uncertain look on its face.
Bai Feng looked at Larvitar again, "Following the Carbink can really lead us to ore? We're already outside the Mine!"
"Yo? Yo?"
Larvitar also became uncertain.
"Heliolisk~ Heliolisk~"
Just then, Heliolisk suddenly pointed in one direction and cried out. Bai Feng and the others looked in that direction and saw several Carbink hiding behind a rock, secretly observing them.
"Chase!"
After saying that, Bai Feng took the lead and ran towards the rock where the Carbink were.
Seeing that Bai Feng and the others had discovered them, the Carbink turned and ran.
Bai Feng and the others chased, and the Carbink ran. They didn't know how long passed, but just as Bai Feng was about to catch up to the Carbink, the Carbink suddenly stopped.
They saw them all suddenly jump up and then fall heavily onto the ground. As they landed, an earthy yellow light spread across the ground.
It's Earth Power!
Bai Feng inwardly thought, "This isn't good." Suddenly, the ground beneath their feet began to shake violently. Cracks appeared on the ground.
Before Bai Feng and the others could react, a bottomless Giant Pit appeared on the ground. Bai Feng and the several Pokémon fell uncontrollably downwards.
"Ahhh..."
They didn't know how deep the Deep Pit was. Bai Feng and the others fell for quite a while without reaching the bottom. In the end, it was Bai Ye who, using Psychic, supported them in time, allowing them to slowly descend downwards. Otherwise, they would have definitely fallen to their deaths.
The Carbink also fell down with Bai Feng and the others, but they weren't caught by Bai Ye's Psychic and landed much earlier than Bai Feng and the others. By then, they had long since run off somewhere unknown. Their bodies are hard, so even falling from a height wouldn't kill them. Besides, the mud below was soft.
Below the Deep Pit where Bai Feng and the others fell, there was actually a different world. They saw a long Passage appear before them, winding and leading who knows where.
"Let's go take a look," Bai Feng said to the Pokémon, turning on his flashlight.
"Gardevoir~"
"Heliolisk~"
"Yo~"
The three Pokémon responded and followed closely behind Bai Feng.
The Passage was very, very long. Bai Feng and the others walked for a very long time before seeing a glimmer of light. After exiting the Passage, a beautiful Flower Field appeared before them.
The Flower Field was full of colorful flowers, and a rich aroma permeated the air. Above the Flower Field, Vivillon, Butterfree, Beautifly, Combee, and others were flying. Bai Feng even wondered if he had fallen into a paradise.
Seeing strangers appear, the Pokémon in the Flower Field were not only unafraid but also looked at Bai Feng and the others with curiosity.
Bai Feng walked into the Flower Field. As he walked, he suddenly saw a Villa in the distance.
Someone actually lives here?
Bai Feng was extremely surprised. He thought he had accidentally wandered into the deep mountains and old forests.
"Let's go take a look," Bai Feng said to the several Pokémon beside him.
Bai Feng took the three Pokémon and walked towards the Villa. When he walked closer and looked, he found that the Villa was decorated very exquisitely and beautifully.
The Villa didn't cover a large area; it was just a simple two-story Small Western-style Building. The overall color was white, but the Courtyard Wall around the Villa was covered with a type of vines that bloomed with yellow flowers, making the entire Villa look full of a deep and mysterious aura.
Bai Feng stood at the entrance and looked inside. Suddenly, a beautiful young woman appeared in his line of sight, and she was beautiful to an absolutely breathtaking degree.
That young woman was tall and slender, looked to be about eighteen years old, had hair as red as fire, and simply tied into a ponytail that hung down her back.
She wore a light yellow knee-length dress. Just standing there, she was already as beautiful as a painting.
Bai Feng had never seen such a beautiful girl. Even a beauty of Calyrex's level was slightly less charming than this young woman in front of him.
Just as Bai Feng was in a daze, the young woman in the Yard also discovered Bai Feng.
"Oh dear," the young woman exclaimed. "Guests have actually come, how rare."
The young woman's voice was different from what Bai Feng had imagined. It didn't have a crisp feeling. Instead, it was like a mature, 'older sister' type voice.
She was watering the flowers and grass in the Yard. Seeing this, she quickly put down the watering can in her hand and walked over.
"Little Brother, where are you from?" the young woman asked after opening the Yard gate.
Bai Feng answered somewhat awkwardly, "I accidentally wandered in here, so I wanted to ask where this is."
Hearing this, the young woman suddenly understood. "So that's how it is. Why don't you come in and sit for a while?" Saying this, she moved aside, indicating for Bai Feng to enter.
"Then I shall trouble you," Bai Feng nodded and took Bai Ye and the others into the Yard.
As the young woman closed the Yard gate, she looked at Bai Ye and the others and asked Bai Feng, "Are you a Pokémon Trainer? Are you here for exploration nearby?"
"Sort of," Bai Feng answered.
Just then, he suddenly saw the several Carbink from before in a corner of the Yard, so he couldn't help but exclaim, "It's you!"
The Carbink were startled by Bai Feng's voice and quickly hid in the flower bushes.
"You know Carbink?" The young woman looked at Bai Feng in surprise.
"Actually, I just followed the Carbink to get here," Bai Feng said sheepishly. He didn't expect the Carbink to have a master. Although he didn't intend to do anything to the Carbink, he still felt a bit awkward.
"Oh~" The young woman's face was full of meaning. Then she looked towards the flower bushes where the Carbink were hiding and said, "You went to the Mine again?"
A rustling sound came from the flower bushes. The Carbink didn't show their heads.
Seeing this, the young woman didn't say anything more.
A table was placed in the center of the Yard. The young woman invited Bai Feng to sit down and asked, "I haven't asked for Little Brother's name yet."
"My name is Bai Feng, and what about you, Sister?" Bai Feng said.
"Hehehe... Sister, huh~ Never mind, calling me Sister is fine too."
Hearing Bai Feng's question, the young woman suddenly started laughing for some reason. Seeing Bai Feng's puzzled expression, she didn't explain, only said,
"My name is Zhi Huo."
"Sister Zhi Huo," Bai Feng silently repeated.
"You came to the Mine for mining, right?" Zhi Huo asked.
"Yes, originally I wanted to ask the Carbink to help me find ore, but I didn't expect them to run so fast, and I ended up here after chasing them all the way," Bai Feng explained.
Hearing this, Zhi Huo chuckled, "Even if you asked them for help, you wouldn't find many pieces of ore."
Bai Feng asked doubtfully, "How does Sister know?"
Hearing this, Zhi Huo asked playfully, "Guess who the owner of that Mine is?"
"Who is it?" Bai Feng couldn't remember for a moment, but seeing Zhi Huo looking at him with a playful expression, a flash of inspiration suddenly appeared in his mind.
"Could it be Sister Zhi Huo, you..."
"Correct!" Zhi Huo said. "That Mine is precisely mine. Not only that Mine, but the nearby Land is also under my name."
A rich woman!
Bai Feng was dumbfounded.
