Chapter 272 - Nusjuro in Action

In their eyes, only their own interests mattered most.

Nothing was more important than this—even the Celestial Dragons around them could die at any moment, as long as it wasn't themselves.

"Don't worry!"

"Those useless Five Elders can't be relied on, but we still have Imu-sama!"

"If he makes a move, he will surely annihilate that Bob!"

One of the oldest Celestial Dragons spoke bitterly, his voice filled with reverence when mentioning that name.

In Mary Geoise, Imu's existence was known only to the Five Elders and a few old and important Celestial Dragons.

The other Celestial Dragons, hearing the old man's words, wore expressions of confusion beneath their bubble helmets.

"Can this Imu-sama really kill that insect Bob?"

"Hmph!"

"Imu-sama alone can crush all these damned lowlifes, including Bob!"

The old Celestial Dragon spat angrily.

Meanwhile, outside the highest hall, Bob's Conqueror's Haki was on the verge of enveloping all of Mary Geoise—until suddenly, a formidable force emerged from the direction of Pangaea Castle, blocking his Haki.

Immediately after, a figure appeared atop Pangaea Castle, gazing intently at the overwhelming presence of Bob.

*****

On the other side, at the main battlefield on the Red Line.

Bob sensed a powerful aura scanning him and looked up.

He knew that person was Imu, the pinnacle existence of this world.

But Bob paid no mind to him.

With his absolute power, everything before him was mere ant.

"Scouting my abilities first? How cautious!"

A cold smirk flashed in Bob's face as he glanced at Ethanbaron V Nusjuro nearby and the soldiers already lying defeated on the ground.

"This time, you won't be as lucky as before!"

With that, his Conqueror's Haki abruptly receded.

In that instant—not only those barely standing on the Red Line, but even Kong, Sengoku, Fujitora, and others—all let out a slight sigh of relief.

Even those on the Revolutionary Army's side felt the same.

Their leader had given off an entirely different aura moments ago—not the approachable demeanor he usually have, but a god-like pressure that made people afraid to draw near him.

Meanwhile, on the deck of his ship, Shanks expression darkened drastically.

The Conqueror's Haki Bob had just displayed was far stronger than what he'd shown aboard the Red Force.

"So, you were holding back against me!" Shanks muttered, staring at Bob's back.

As one of the strongest Conqueror's Haki users in the world, he had believed the gap between them was small.

But if Bob had unleashed this level of Haki back then, his ship would have been shattered instantly.

"What a mysterious man!"

"No wonder he can toy with the World Goverment force easily!"

Beside Shanks, Beckman puffed on a cigar, his eyes gleaming as he spoke slowly.

They didn't come here to help Bob and the Revolutionary Army fight against the World Government.

But to witness the birth of history and deal with the aftermath of the war.

"Wororororo!"

"Commander Bob, it's been ages since we last saw you go all out with your Conqueror's Haki!"

"Finally, we get to see it again!"

At this moment, Kaido who had taken on a human form, stood beside Shiki, laughing heartily as he watched Bob.

Kaido showed no concern at all for Bob standing alone against the enemy's vast army, nor did he even consider stepping in to help him.

"Mamamamama!"

"That's right!"

"Bob is as manly as ever!"

Big Mom sat atop Prometheus, her eyes fixed intently on Bob as she spoke.

Hearing this, Kaido, Shiki and Whitebeard all glanced at Big Mom before exchanging looks and raising their eyebrows.

Their minds simultaneously flashed back to the days on the Rocks Pirates when Bob was relentlessly pursued by Big Mom—those were the bygone days of their youth, remnants of a fading era.

"Linlin!"

"You'd better just stick to being Big Mom!" Bob said coolly.

As soon as he finished speaking—

Bob slightly bent his knees before suddenly pushing off with his toes.

BOOM!

With a deafening explosion, Bob shot forward like lightning, streaking towards Ethanbaron V Nusjuro.

In an instant, he was right beside him.

At that very moment, Shepherd Ju Peter, standing in the distance, narrowed his eyes sharply as his aura erupted violently.

A ripple formed in the space around Ethanbaron V Nusjuro.

In its place, a massive boulder materialized out of thin air.

BOOM!!

Another thunderous blast rang out as Bob pulverized the boulder into dust.

The violent energy in front of him formed a massive shockwave that surged outward, scattering the clouds in the area.

"Space manipulation again—what a pain!"

Bob activated his Observation Haki, scanning the surroundings for faint traces of presence.

However, at that moment, the pulverized fragments of the boulder began undergoing drastic changes midair.

The next second—

The dust-like remnants of the boulder turned green and from within, thick vines sprouted, rapidly growing and twisting through the air.

They coiled towards Bob, wrapping around him in the blink of an eye.

From the outside, it looked like a wooden cocoon.

But that wasn't all—the vines continued to transform, their green hue fading into a metallic sheen.

Under the sunlight, they gleamed like polished metal, tightly binding Bob in place.

HUM!!

At the base of the metal cage, the transformation persisted as a massive flame ignited beneath it.

The surrounding earth, scorched by the intense heat, melted into magma within mere seconds, sizzling as it flowed outward.

The temperature was terrifyingly high.

Even Akainu, stationed at a key position in Mary Geoise, could sense the overwhelming power of those flames.

"What kind of ability is this?"

"First earth, then plants, then metal and now flames hot enough to turn rock into magma?"

"..."
