Chapter 243 - My LUCK is maybe A rank!!
About half an hour later, Kurono returned to the Chairwoman's office.
She had changed into a brand-new black suit, and all the burns caused by Fusillade Fallarica had completely vanished.
In this world, medical technology is remarkably advanced, far ahead of many other worlds.
Even if a heart is ruptured or a skull is fractured, as long as the victim doesn't die instantly and retains vital signs, they can usually be saved.
This is largely due to the widespread use of iPS Capsules.
These regeneration capsules can revive patients from near-death states simply by having them lie inside.
Furthermore, many Blazers possess Noble Arts specifically suited for healing, making recovery even faster. In terms of medical efficacy, this world arguably surpasses even danmachi.
Since Kurono's injuries were superficial burns, she recovered quickly after a short session in a capsule.
Back at her desk, Kurono began inputting data into her computer.
"Okay. I have officially entered your information into the Hagun Academy archives. You are now a student."
After a moment, Kurono turned the monitor around to face Roy and Ayase.

Except for Luck, every parameter was rated A.
Luck is difficult to quantify scientifically, but generally, high mana correlates with a certain degree of destiny or weight of existence.
Since Roy didn't have a history for her to judge his fortune, Kurono gave him an average evaluation. Since Luck is the least important stat for combat, it didn't drag down his overall score.
The remaining five items were the primary indicators. To score A in all of them was unprecedented.
It was foreseeable that Roy would become the center of attention the moment the semester began.
"You plan to participate in the upcoming Seven Star Sword Art Festival, correct?" Kurono asked.
Although she considered him a champion caliber fighter, it would be meaningless if he didn't compete. She made up her mind that even if Roy refused, she would trick or coerce him into joining.
"Of course. That is one of my goals," Roy nodded.
"Good. Then there are no issues."
Receiving an affirmative answer, Kurono smiled with relief.
"Here. Catch."
Kurono tossed a small device to Roy. It looked like a sleek smartphone.
"This is the Student Handbook of Hagun Academy. Keep it with you."
The handbook was a multi functional terminal that served as student ID, wallet, communicator, and map.
"Ayase, Roy's dormitory has been assigned. You can take him there now," Kurono said. "Hagun Academy is a boarding school, so all students are required to live on campus."
"No problem, Chairwoman," Ayase nodded.
"Alright, you're dismissed."
Kurono waved her hand, signaling them to leave.
After the two left, Kurono pulled up another student's profile on her screen.
In the upper right corner was a photo of a girl with crimson hair and a brilliant face.

The Second Imperial Princess of the Vermillion Empire. Her entrance exam scores were the highest in the school's history prior to today.
Her overall ability is in another dimension compared to standard students. A super all-rounder. Her total mana capacity is the highest recorded in the world, thirty times that of the average student, earning her the highest Rank of A.
Compared to Roy, Stella's file was much more detailed.
"At first, I thought this girl was a monster. But I didn't expect an even bigger monster like Roy to show up."
Kurono tapped the keyboard, revising the rankings and moving Stella's entrance results to second place.
"My Luck must be A-Rank too. I just took office, and two A-Rank knights have enrolled." Kurono chuckled to herself.
In the past, the enrollment of just Stella Vermillion was enough to dominate the news cycle for weeks. Now, with Roy, appearing out of nowhere, the media was going to explode.
"I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of sparks fly when two A-Rank knights rub shoulders."
Ayase led Roy to the student dormitories.
The room assigned to Roy was spacious, clean, and smelled of fresh air. It was more of a small apartment than a dorm room, measuring about 70 square meters.
The facilities were complete, including a kitchenette and a private bathroom.
Against the wall by the window stood a bunk bed.
After checking the room, Ayase took out her phone and started making a list.
"We need toiletries, towels, cups..." Ayase muttered, reading out the daily necessities.
She paused, looking at Roy. "Oh, right. Clothes."
"Roy, you don't have a change of clothes. We need to go shopping."
While staying at the Ayatsuji household, Roy had managed by wearing his own clothes during the day and borrowing Kaito's pajamas at night while Ayase washed and dried his outfit.
Now that he was living alone, he needed a wardrobe.
"Ayase, you're taking such good care of me. I'm worried I won't be able to function without you if I stay here too long," Roy teased, looking at Ayase, who was fussing over the list like a housewife.
Hearing this, Ayase's cheeks flushed a deep red. She lowered her voice.
"Actually... I could come over every day to help you tidy up the dormitory."
"Forget it," Roy shook his head with a smile.
A look of disappointment flashed across Ayase's face at the rejection.
"If Uncle Kaito knew I was making you work as my maid at school, he'd chase me down with a katana," Roy joked. Then, he changed the subject.
"Besides, Hagun Academy uses double dorms. I'll have a roommate eventually. I don't want you cleaning up after some stranger."
"And Ayase, you'll be a third-year student when school starts, right? You'll be busy with your own training. What if you burn out?"
Roy knew he had already maxed out her affection; there was no need to push it too hard.
"Then... I'll just come visit once in a while," Ayase said.
