"Sebastian, have you heard? S.H.I.E.L.D. has formed an Ultimate Avengers team."
On the Tri-Fortress on the moon, Sebastian heard Tony's words and nodded, saying, "The Ultimate Avengers? I actually know about this. S.H.I.E.L.D. once extended an invitation to a student from my school who came from the S.H.I.E.L.D. training camp, but I rejected it. Before my students officially graduate, they are not allowed to join any organization. This is one of the school rules."
Blinking, Tony asked again, "What if your students do not agree and want to join anyway?"
Glancing at Tony, Sebastian smiled and said, "Break the wand, abolish their magic, and erase their memory of Hogwarts."
Whistling, Tony said, "That is really too strict. So they cannot use magic at all?"
"Of course they can use it. For example, if someone wants to hurt them, they can use magic to fight back and defend themselves. However, if they use magic to play pranks or hurt others, then there will naturally be school rules to deal with them.
I made a slight modification to each wand. Whenever they use magic, I can rewind the scene of the magic use if necessary, and immediately see what they did with the magic.

Nodding in understanding, Sebastian said, "So this time, it was you, Reed, and I who jointly authorized the launch of the defense satellites, correct?"
"That is right! The satellite launched this time is codenamed Zeus. The second and third satellites will be Poseidon and Hades, respectively. These three defense satellites will orbit the moon and, along with the Tri-Fortress, each will protect a ninety-degree radius, forming a three-hundred-sixty-degree all-around defense network."
As Sebastian and Tony were talking, Reed arrived at the Tri-Fortress following the opening of a portal.
Seeing Tony and Sebastian, Reed immediately understood that the three of them would be launching the Zeus defense satellite together.
After a brief conversation, the three men approached the launch control pad, each providing their fingerprint, iris, and voice codes to unlock the first defense satellite, Zeus.
As Reed prepared to launch Zeus, Sebastian said to Tony, "Tony, forget about Charles Xavier for now. When Poseidon and Hades launch, remember to call Namor and Black Bolt."
Tony immediately understood what Sebastian meant. He knew Sebastian was trying to show Namor and Black Bolt that they were being treated equally within the Illuminati. Otherwise, if all three satellites were launched by just the three of them, Namor and Black Bolt might feel excluded and not take the organization seriously—a problem the Illuminati absolutely could not afford.
Understanding this, Tony nodded without further comment.
Meanwhile, as Reed controlled the launch sequence, the lunar surface near the Tri-Fortress suddenly erupted in dust, and large chunks of rock crumbled and slowly drifted away in the low gravity.
Soon, six massive launch ports opened around the Tri-Fortress. With rising flames from the thrusters, six satellite components, each roughly the same size as the New World Sky Fortress, shot out from these ports, gradually entering lunar orbit and rapidly reassembling.
Finally, when Zeus reached the other side of Earth opposite the moon at incredible speed and merged into lunar orbit, its six components were completely assembled, transforming into a roughly spherical defense satellite which rapidly began to operate!
At this moment, Reed looked at the data on the console and nodded immediately, saying, "Excellent! Zeus's data is perfect and it is operating smoothly."
Hearing this, Tony came over to Reed and asked, "How is the energy situation?"
"It is stable. Combining solar power and a third-generation arc reactor, Zeus can operate continuously for over six months, requiring only a resupply mission every six months."
"Okay, then put Zeus into stealth mode immediately. I do not want to have to deal with the UN and the Security Council right now. Let us at least wait until the defense network is fully constructed."
Reed nodded, clearly thinking the same thing. He immediately issued the order, sending Zeus into stealth mode. This was designed as a standby state, so that if any problems arose it could be immediately activated.
While the successful launch of Zeus was certainly a cause for celebration, there was also a significant problem. The construction of the lunar orbital defense network was a private initiative of the Illuminati, without the approval of the UN and the Security Council. Strictly speaking, it was an illegal project.

Even though the Illuminati members each had considerable backing and were individually formidable, they could not possibly oppose the entire Earth's governments. Therefore, their initial plan was to complete the construction of the defense network first, then discuss the issue with the UN and the Security Council from a position of strength.
For the time being, they would maintain secrecy. Tony, Reed, Namor, Black Bolt, and even Sebastian were all well aware of this necessity.
Glancing at the spot where Zeus disappeared into stealth mode, Sebastian directly asked Tony and Reed, "When will Poseidon and Hades be launched?"
"The differences between the three defense satellites are minimal, so no additional design or modifications are required. Only minor adjustments are needed before construction can begin. Poseidon is currently seventy-three percent complete, and Hades is thirty-three percent.
