Conan immediately felt down and followed after him.
"What are you thinking about?" Haibara Ai asked in a low voice.

Just like with Psychology, he didn't plan to become a Psychologist, but it's good to learn about it, to expand his Knowledge reserves.
Conan's Mood was somber, "I can't sleep..."
"Want to drink?" Chi Feichei looked up and asked coldly.
"Uh, no need..." Conan quickly and obediently went to Bed.
Chi Feichei then turned to look at Haibara Ai, who was standing in her Room's Doorway.
Haibara Ai Blinked, decisively retreating back into her Room, "Good night."
With both Room doors closed, Chi Feichei continued sitting in the Living Room, looking through recent News Reports, paying attention to both big and Small Matters. He then searched for News about entertainment Companies in Japan to get a general understanding of their current development.
He knew News Reports were bound to be embellished, so it was about extracting real, useful Information. He also got a general idea of the Situation for some lesser-known celebrities.
Even though he'd left everything to Odagiri Toshiya, he had Time to kill waiting for News from London. If he had the time, he might as well help find suitable celebrities...
It was past 3 AM.

In the early morning, at 4:21 AM, his Mobile Phone rang. It was a Phone Call from Britain.
Chi Feichei Get Up and went to the Balcony, closing the Glass Door behind him. He answered the Phone Call, his voice becoming hoarse, "This is Raki."
Probably because of his cheap Old Mom, the British English spoken by the original consciousness in the Novel was also standard London accent.
"Raki, the Goal is drinking at the Bar. He just called his superior and is getting ready to leave."
"Understood. Continue Surveillance on his Movement. Report immediately if he approaches MI6 headquarters or contacts any Colleagues."
After hanging up, Chi Feichei dialed another Number.
"Who is this?"
"This is Raki, reporting on the Goal's Situation."
"The Goal hasn't Go Out for two Days and hasn't contacted anyone."
"Understood. Maintain Surveillance and be careful not to be detected."
Chi Feichei continued making Phone Calls, constantly checking on the Situation of both Goals.
