Among the treasures within, many were peerless and rare. Countless divine weapons, talismans, and pills forged by the Great Yi Dynasty were stored here. With this latest influx of treasures, the number of stars in the Treasure Constellation Sky instantly grew denser. Over time, these treasures would gradually evolve and ascend in quality.
After a brief inspection of the treasures within the Star-Plucking Pavilion, Yi Tianxing didn't linger. He turned and left.
These treasures belonged to him, and to the entire Great Yi Dynasty. One day, they would be chosen and taken. This place would become a supreme treasury in the hearts of countless human cultivators.
The starlight shone brilliantly in the night sky.
Upon returning to the imperial palace, Yi Tianxing did not delay. He immediately integrated the Appraisal Platform with StarNet. Once merged, StarNet gained the ability to assess all kinds of rare treasures. With its powerful data processing, it could not only determine a treasure's grade but accurately assess its true value and assign it a price. Fast and efficient, the appraisal function could now replicate itself endlessly and appear wherever it was needed.
He then fused the Woodman's Spring into Xuanhuang City, choosing a spot within the imperial palace.
The power of this spring was extraordinary. Its ability to regress artifacts and divine weapons from postnatal to prenatal essence vastly increased their value—immeasurably so. Integrating it into the palace ensured its ultimate security.
"Once a year, we can use the spring's power to evolve postnatal talismans into prenatal-grade artifact-talismans. With this, we can deliberately craft powerful talismans to be transformed and merged into the Myriad Talisman Banner, continuously boosting its power."
And this was just one use of the Woodcutter's Spring. Given enough time, it could be used to steadily produce a large number of prenatal-grade treasures.
Yi Tianxing also integrated the Mysterious Auction House into Xuanhuang City, placing it in the cloud realm of the Palatial Tree. Its location was hidden and imperceptible without his permission.
Returning once more to the palace, he entered Cai Yan's Phoenix Immortal Palace. Now pregnant, Cai Yan was resting. They simply shared intimate conversation and naturally fell asleep together.
Myriad Beast Plains — Golden King City, Beast King Court
In a great hall within the golden capital, a gathering of formidable beings had convened.
At the head sat King Behemoth, and before him were powerful figures without exception—Qingtianyu, patriarch of the Winged People; Tong Tiexin, prodigy of the Three-Eyed Clan; Shanfeng of the Mountain Giants; and the Lava Giants' chief, among others. Each hailed from a different race or power within the surrounding region.
They had not gathered idly. Something extraordinary was brewing.
"Since you're all here today," King Behemoth said as he scanned the room, "it means we share a common goal—the Great Yi Dynasty."
He continued solemnly:
"According to reliable information, our current region lies within the Boundless Sea Realm. This realm contains vast continents, islands, and numerous aquatic civilizations led by the Dragon Clan. A complete sea chart is already in circulation. The land is no longer sealed off. And from what I know—Emperor Yi of Great Yi possesses one such sea chart."
He had seen Yi Tianxing at the Dragon Palace banquet, witnessed his presence at the auction, and had no doubt who had the means to throw around Eternal Coins so freely—only Yi Tianxing.
The sea chart had definitely landed in Yi Tianxing's hands.
"The Boundless Sea Realm… There's truly a vast world beyond," murmured the Lava Giant, voice low.
"I also attended the Dragon Palace banquet," Qingtianyu confirmed. "Emperor Yi undoubtedly possesses a sea chart."
His wings had fully healed long ago. As patriarch of the Winged People, he had no shortage of rare treasures to aid recovery.
"Behemoth King, you think the Great Yi Dynasty intends to leave this land and move outward?" Tong Tiexin asked, his third eye gleaming. As a Three-Eyed Clan prodigy, famed for intellect and spiritual prowess, he swiftly reached several conclusions.
He no longer looked down on Yi Tianxing, nor humanity. No one on this continent had the right to do so anymore.
"You mean Yi Tianxing is preparing to attack our tribes?" Tong Tiexin's expression darkened.
"Exactly," said King Behemoth. "Before venturing outward, Great Yi will first clean house—eliminating any forces that pose a threat. That leaves us two choices: submit and be suppressed forever, or go to war and fight for supremacy."
"There's a third option," Qingtianyu said with meaning. "We leave this continent and seek refuge on other lands or islands."
But fleeing would be a tacit admission of inferiority and loss of will.
The room fell silent.
The pressure from Great Yi had only grown over the years. Natural disasters weakened them, while Great Yi thrived—strengthening daily. Their former advantage as native races had quietly vanished during the Myriad Realm Fusion.
Even fear toward Great Yi had begun to take root.
It was clear: a Great Yi with a sea chart would not remain confined here. Before expanding, it would ensure its rear was secure.
"One doesn't allow others to sleep soundly beside their own bed."
"Leaving is a last resort," King Behemoth said. "But before that, if we unite, we might still have a chance to destroy Great Yi."
"Destroy Great Yi? Haven't we tried that already?" the Lava Giant replied coldly. "Back at Thorn Plain, I barely escaped thanks to a hidden trump card. Most of our tribes were devastated."
Schemes against Great Yi had failed repeatedly. At Thorn Plain, despite uniting most major tribes, they had fallen into Yi Tianxing's trap. Many never recovered.
"That's because the Beast King Court didn't join in last time," King Behemoth said confidently. "This time, we will. We have elite armies. The Dwarves can forge weapons for us. The Goblins can craft war machines. Together, our strength won't fall short of Great Yi's."
The dwarves' forging skills were legendary, and the goblins' engineering was virtually magical—capable of creating marvels.
Many in the hall showed renewed interest.
"Facing Great Yi head-on means breaching the Iron-Blood Great Wall. That will cost us dearly. Without a way to bypass it, no one can shake Great Yi," said Tong Tiexin, shaking his head.
That wall had proven its power time and again. Even the Ice Queen's forces had failed to breach it.
"I do have a way to break the Iron-Blood Wall's defense," King Behemoth said confidently, his gaze steady.
A bold claim—if true, it was no small feat.
"Then what's your plan, King Behemoth?" Qingtianyu asked seriously. "Do you truly intend a direct confrontation with Great Yi?"
"From all past battles, we've seen one thing: Great Yi doesn't fear tricks. Every time, you've relied on schemes, lacking the courage to face them head-on. But Great Yi, for all its strength, is not invincible," said an elder of the Fox Clan beside King Behemoth.
"We're strong, too. With the right battlefield, we can fight them on equal footing."
"Great Yi's most fearsome weapon is their dense arrow barrages—the Divine Mechanized Crossbows. They deal devastating damage. If we can find a way to counter those, it's like cutting off one of Great Yi's arms," King Behemoth added.
Each battle had proven the terrifying power of Great Yi's war arrows. Until now, no one had found a reliable way to suppress that threat.
But if they could…
Then war was no longer just a dream.
