"Impossible! Suppressed by the Void Spirit Demon Hook, how can he still have such immense strength? This power feels vast and boundless, as if I'm facing an entire world. What is going on? Is he completely unaffected?"
Void Adjudicator (Xu Wupan) felt his mind crumbling. This was a denial of his own power. He couldn't believe what he was seeing.
But no matter how hard it was to accept, the power surging from the Void Spirit Demon Hook was undeniable. A thought flashed through his mind.
"I can't be dragged out of the Stargate. The Battlefield of Gods and Demons now forbids any power above the Celestial Aspect Realm(= Dharma Phase Realm) from entering. If I step outside the gate, I'll be subjected to the will of the battlefield—divine retribution. Even I wouldn't survive that. I absolutely must not be pulled out!"
The Void Adjudicator contemplated grimly.Their attack from within the Stargate was a loophole—they weren't officially entering the battlefield, so they weren't bound by its rules. But if they were pulled out… it would be suicide.
"I can't resist this."
The power transmitted from the Void Spirit Demon Hook made it clear—this was a force he could not withstand. Too terrifying. Too overwhelming. The Stargate itself trembled violently, on the verge of being dragged out.
But the Void Adjudicator was ruthless. A savage expression crossed his face as he made a decisive move—severing the Void Spirit Demon Hook in two, shattering it without hesitation.
"Savage. That was his natal demonic weapon, and he just severed it like that. Such ruthless resolve. What did he encounter that forced him to abandon it?"
This scene shocked the other powerful figures watching from their Stargates. They hadn't expected this outcome at all.
Still, that decisive action spared the Void Adjudicator from disaster. A moment's delay, and he would've been forcibly pulled into the battlefield.
Yi Tianxing, witnessing it, was also inwardly surprised at the Adjudicator's resolve. But he didn't pause. Reaching into the void, he grabbed hold of the shattered Void Spirit Demon Hook, which had lost all suppressive power. The piece embedded in his body was expelled and caught before it hit the ground—instantly stashed into the Heavenly Emperor's Pagoda, giving no chance for retrieval.
The bronze battle spear appeared in his hand. With a swing, he launched it mercilessly at the Godpiercing Spear.
At the same time, Yi Tianxing reached out again—and a massive Thunder Pool manifested before him. Countless bolts of lightning surged inside it, unleashing wild destruction. Within the pool, a Thunder Dragon seemed to roar with rage.
He hurled it at the ghostly demonic claw reaching out from another Stargate.
BOOM!!
The Thunder Pool, carrying billions of lightning bolts, turned the void into a sea of thunder.
And it wasn't over yet.
With a third motion, a mysterious yellow stone seal appeared in Yi Tianxing's hand, engraved with ancient, mystical mountain markings. A heavy, oppressive aura radiated from it, capable of twisting space itself.
This was none other than the Mountain God Seal.
Without hesitation, he hurled the Mountain God Seal at the sinister black orb, as though intending to annihilate it entirely.
All this, though it sounds lengthy, happened in the blink of an eye.
Deafening explosions erupted simultaneously.
The bronze battle spear collided head-on with the Godpiercing Spear. Spear tip against spear tip—there was a blinding flash, and the Godpiercing Spear shattered inch by inch, disintegrating under an unstoppable force. The bronze battle spear continued its course, aiming to pierce the Stargate and the divine race within.
In the void, the black orb detonated, forming a terrifying black hole, trying to devour the Mountain God Seal. Yet the mountainous power within the seal burst forth, crushing the black hole into fragments.
The Thunder Pool and the ghostly claw clashed—billions of thunderbolts rained down, disintegrating the malicious spirits on the claw with frightening speed. Under this sacred thunder, the claw couldn't descend at all—it was completely neutralized.
Thunder, being one of the most destructive forces, has an innate power to counteract evil. The Thunder Pool's destructive energy completely overwhelmed the demonic claw.
These near-lethal attacks were utterly neutralized in mere moments.
The surrounding soldiers were stunned. The shock in their hearts was indescribable.
"Terrifying. Any one of those attacks could have killed or crippled me. But King Yi managed to stop them all. How is that possible?"
"He's still in the Life Diagram Realm, yet he just fended off attacks from five Celestial Aspect Realm elites. These aren't ordinary geniuses, either. How can he be this powerful? Just cultivation alone couldn't bridge that gap. Unless… unless he's using powerful treasures!"
A gleam flashed in Zhuge Liang's eyes.
He didn't believe someone could defy logic to such an extent without external aid. It had to be the power of artifacts.
Still, in war, only results matter—not the method. That's the cardinal rule every strategist knows.
"So terrifying…"
Geniuses like Gongshu Lin and others from the human race were dumbstruck.
Every item used by Yi Tianxing was a natal treasure. That's horrifying.
Most cultivators only forge one, maybe two or three natal treasures in their entire lives. They are bound to their soul and require immense resources to grow with them.
But now, Yi Tianxing had shown one after another—all clearly natal treasures, evident by the qi connection.
To do such a thing, one had to either be a lunatic—or possess overwhelming confidence and foundations.
And once matured, such power was unimaginably formidable.
"Impossible! How could you withstand attacks from all five of us? You must be carrying heaven-defying treasures!" Void Adjudicator's eyes burned with suspicion.
They couldn't believe anyone could endure their combined assault without injury—and counterattack.
There had to be a treasure involved. They all agreed on that.
But even so, treasures or not, those weapons were still just at the Profound Grade—not even reaching Spiritual Treasure level. How could they produce such destructive power?
Something wasn't right. Definitely not.
Still, none of the five Eternal Night elites panicked. The Stargates couldn't be easily destroyed. They existed in a separate space dimension relative to the battlefield.
The bronze spear pierced the void, tearing a rift, but couldn't damage the gate itself.
The Mountain God Seal, the Thunder Pool—no matter how mighty—were still unable to destroy the Stargates.
"It's useless. No matter how strong you are, you can't hurt us," Void Adjudicator sneered.
"Just a Stargate," Yi Tianxing scoffed coldly. "I've destroyed one before. I'll destroy a second. If you dare appear before me with it again—I'll show you that your Stargate is nothing more than a feast to me."
As he spoke, a silver-white spatial gate emerged before him.
Without hesitation, it shot directly at the Stargate from which Void Adjudicator had struck.
"Smash it. I've done it once. I'll do it again."
BOOM!!!
The Spatial Gate, a heavenly treasure upgraded to Profound Grade, now contained the power of a small world as its energy foundation. The collision caused both it and the Stargate to erupt with dazzling light.
Recently, Yi Tianxing had absorbed the core of a destroyed Stargate, allowing the small worlds inside his Heavenly Emperor's Pagoda to evolve and grow even further. The internal worldly force was now stronger than before.
The surrounding space twisted violently under the impact. It was collapsing at a frightening pace. Cracks spiderwebbed across the Stargate—deep and ghastly.
"No! He's the one who destroyed the previous Stargate? Damn it! Why didn't the strategist warn us?"
Seeing the collapse of the Stargate, Void Adjudicator's face twisted in horror.
"Run!!"
That was the only thought left in his mind.
