[3rd POV]
The date had continued at the end of the universe for a couple more hours. With Death bringing out more and more extravagant and incredible meals that Wanda had never seen. Like fruits that were formed out of the heart of a dead star, or a dessert that was sort of like ice cream, but was made out of the coldest nebula in an old universe.
It tasted like a really really good ice cream. And once again, she could not even begin to describe the taste. It was truly unlike anything she had ever seen or had before.
And Wanda was loving that fact.
It was exceedingly rare for Wanda to get shocked by things, especially in the DC universe with how knowledgeable of that place she has become. But Death had surprised her several times throughout the date, with some of the interesting facts that she had dropped.

[Flashback 1]
"Did you know that I was actually preceded by another form of Death?" Death had said, as she sipped on the drink that she had brought out. It was made from the liquid of an ancient animal, formed into what was basically a sort of juice.
It was delicious like everything else she had brought out.
"Truly? How come its never mentioned in the history books?" Wanda asked, raising an eyebrow in surprise. She had never seen anything about that in the history books, and had never heard of anything similar to that.
Sure, there were Gods and beings like that that liked to act like they were Death. But there was not a single other being in the multiverse that surpassed Death herself in her own domain.
It was not possible to. She was the personification of it. No matter how hard someone tried to "Master Death", no matter what they did, no matter how long they did it for, it would never matter, as they would never surpass her.
But to hear that there was someone before her, that she was not the first "Death" meant that someone or something had changed.
"Because they were...not particularly good at their job. Nor were they very kind. They were what you'd call a prototype. A cold, emotionless prototype that looked at Death as if it was nothing. Like it was a natural way of things, and that those that died were just another part of that" Death responded to Wanda's question, with the woman once again looking a little surprised.
"So the opposite of you then?" Wanda asked.
"Mmhmm. When the old Death had started to make mistakes, started to truly care less and less about anything but Death, the creator, the one who made me, decided to get rid of her, get rid of the previous Death" Death explained further.
"What sort of mistakes could they have made? They're the personification of death!" Wanda responded briskly, truly curious the more she heard about this mysterious individual. She had never heard of them, not even once. That was growing rarer and rarer by the day, with the amount of information she was finding out and at the rate she is finding it.
"They decided to go against the rules of the greater multiverse. Defying the creator themself. And they lost their power for it. And that power was used to bring me into place. A new Death that cares for those that pass, not looks at them as nothing more than weak mortals, like the old Death had" Death explained.
"The Creator? You mean the Presence?" Wanda asked. Death shook her head in response.
"No. I mean the Creator. The Presence as you call them, is but a single aspect of the great creator, and was made by the Creator to create and grow. The Creator is a being known to all entities like myself. And is in all forms, all ways, all areas, the absolute being" Death responded.
"So God?"
"I suppose that's one of their names. They've got many many many others" Death said with a shrug.
"But nobody knows the true name of the Creator, just that it is ancient, and older than this multiverse and all others" Death added, with Wanda humming.
She was really really interested in meeting this "Creator". She had never heard of them, but knew that they had to have existed. And now she got her confirmation. Not only that but Death had openly stated that she had met them before.
"Interesting. I had always assumed there was some omnipotent entity out there. But I never expected that it would be so..." "Active?" Death finished her sentence with an amused expression on her face.
Chuckling, Wanda nodded "Indeed. I expected for an omnipotent entity to be more...neutral, more...well, boring to hear about. But I suppose not" Wanda responded with a chuckle.
Turns out God was even more interesting than she thought.

[Flashback End]
Finding out about God being a real thing, and that they were quite a bit more active was definitely a piece of information that Wanda was not expecting. But she welcomed it, as it meant that the likelihood of actually meeting them was much higher than she initially expected.
She hoped she could meet them eventually, as she was truly curious what it felt like gazing upon the Omnipotent. And she was even more interested why they had brought her into this universe, why they had given her all of this power.
She had a lot of questions for them.
After the talk about the previous Death, the date had continued in the end of the universe, watching the stars slowly go out one after another. The remaining worlds that existed in the universe slowly begin to crumble into nothing, not even a singular atom of their existence remaining.
The end of the universe came for everything, regardless of what it was. Even Black Holes were not spared from the crumble of the universe. It was a curious sight, watching a black hole flicker out of existence like they were nothing.
It was even more curious to hear from Death that they were the only two remaining in this universe. The remaining life forms had all died out, the black holes snuffing out, the stars dying, all of it was far too much for them.
She had been told that the only being that had lived up until recently was Superman himself. The Superman of this universe had been the last living being, and once he saw that the universe was ending, his own star that he had all but embodied, flickered out with the rest, with him joining them moments later.
It was a sad sight, when Death had shown her a small flicker of what had happened. The man was this universe's greatest hero, just like he had been in so many other universes. And according to Death, this was a constant in many many many universes.
In just about every universe that Superman was a hero in, he was the last to live, the one to watch it all crumble and end. But in the case of the Supermen that were not heroes, it would be Supergirl that would take his place. And if not her, then it would be Wonder Woman.
No matter what universe, no matter where, it was always a great and incredible hero that watched the end of everything. They were always the ones to witness the universe ending, and always the one to die alongside it, after living for billions upon billions of years.
It was saddening, but it was also quite incredible.
But finally, after going on the date with the woman for hours on end, it was time for it to end. The universe was officially about to end, and they could not stay there for that.
Standing across from one another, Wanda looked at Death.
"You know, when I was expecting a date with Death, I was not expecting it to be this enjoyable. But I've got to admit that this is one of the best dates I've ever been on" Wanda said with a small pleased smile on her face, as Death smirked.
"I'm glad you've enjoyed it, Wanda. Because this'll be the first of many~" Death responded, almost sensually as she glanced down at Wanda's lips, watching as they slowly worked into a smirk of her own.
"You know, you don't have to stare" Wanda teased, as Death looked her in the eyes before moving forwards and pressing a singular long kiss against her lips, with Wanda sighing into the kiss.
It was nice.
Death slowly pulled back, resisting the urge to take a handful of Wanda's incredible ass, and instead kept her hands clear.
"Mhmm, definitely going to be doing that again~" Death whispered, as Wanda smiled in return.
"I sure hope so. And I do hope you come visit me again soon, Death" Wanda said, as the door flickered behind her.
"See you soon, Wanda!~" Death purred, watching Wanda begin to go towards the door, noticing the extra sway in her hips and the way her ass jiggled almost hypnotically.
As Wanda left Death, she had only one thought on her mind.
'That was far more enjoyable than I hoped for!'
