The Soceror Supreme, Lord Aaric, prepared to depart the Olis district with haste making sure no one knows of his departure only John Von Dean his assistant knew about this.
Lord Aaric mounting his horse and donning a robe to conceal his identity, charged out of the mansion, leaving the Olis district walls behind, and passed through the Nelo district. There, he stopped to purchase some fruits from a vendor.
"Thank you, ma'am," Lord Aaric said, dropping the payment on the rack.
The vendor picked up the money, eyeing Lord Aaric with curiosity. "You look familiar. May I take a closer look at your face?"
Lord Aaric hastily declined, "No, ma'am, I'm in a hurry. Thanks for the fruit."
He continued his journey, soon charging into a dense and dark forest. The tall trees blocked the sun's rays, casting the forest floor in a gloomy shadow. Lord Aaric rode his horse at full speed, the trees blurring together as he navigated the forest.
Suddenly, the forest opened up to a vast, treeless area, leading to the mountains. Lord Aaric stopped his horse and jumped off, using magic to propel himself upward toward the mountain's peak.
At the top, a large building came into view, resting on the cleared mountain surface. Lord Aaric landed on the ground, where he was met by a blade pressed against his throat.
"Who are you? Speak!" a voice commanded.
Lord Aaric revealed his identity, "I am Aaric."
The blade was withdrawn, and a blind old man, using a sword as a support staff, emerged from the shadows. "Let him be."
Lord Aaric walked past numerous soldiers, who stood in opposite lines, facing each other. The old man, Lord Henrim, greeted him warmly.
"I thought my best student had forgotten about his master, especially now that you're the Soceror Supreme."
Lord Aaric smiled, "Actually, I came here for a favor."
Lord Henrim's curiosity was piqued. "What can I help you with, Aaric? As long as it's within my power, I'll do it."
Lord Aaric explained, "I need you to train 24 people. I want the Empire to feel the impact of their presence, and I couldn't think of anyone better than you to help them evolve."
Lord Henrim's expression turned serious. "Reconsider your decision, Aaric. Only monsters can withstand my training methods. Are you sure?"
Lord Aaric hesitated, "Honestly, I'm not. I'm anxious because I wish for them to change our military system, not just for them, but for myself, as I occupy the post with little effect."
Lord Henrim smiled, his eyes twinkling. "You know you're my only student who withstood my training methods perfectly, without fault. I'll do as you've asked."
Lord Aaric expressed his gratitude. "Thank you, Master Henrim."
Lord Henrim's interest was piqued. "You know, Aaric, I was going to have my 11 Top train them, but it seems I'll train the one you recommend myself."
Lord Aaric's eyes sparkled. "Really? If you're interested, I recommend Felix Von Damian."
Lord Henrim's expression changed, a hint of surprise and curiosity. "Felix Von Damian, the Beast of the Shadow, with terrorizing strength. I know him. It seems you have a good eye, Aaric."
Lord Aaric smiled, pleased with himself. "Thank you, Lord Henrim."
As they entered the mansion, Lord Aaric was greeted by the 11 Top, who seemed eager to meet him. They all settled in for a lively tea, with Lord Henrim and Lord Aaric engaging in warm conversation.
During their conversation, Lord Aaric mentioned, "Besides what we've discussed, Lord Henrim, why don't you join the UDR? With you around, more things can be done to..."
Lord Henrim interrupted, his expression stern. "Pass. I'm not interested in politics, so please don't add me. You taught me to care about the person's heart, not my own desires."
Lord Aaric understood, apologizing. "I know you wish for the best for the Empire, and with me in the UDR, many things will change for the better. But you taught me to care about the person's heart, not my own desires."
Lord Henrim smiled warmly. "Hmmm...alright, I understand. Sorry for mentioning that."
Lord Henrim reminisced about when Lord Aaric's father brought him to train at the age of 19. Joy filled his heart, seeing how Aaric had grown.
As they finished their tea, Lord Henrim looked at Lord Aaric and smiled. "You know, Aaric, no need for the spar. You can be on your way. Thank you, Master Henrim," Lord Aaric said, smiling warmly.
Lord Henrim nodded, his eyes twinkling. "Take care, Aaric. I'll be expecting great things from Felix Von Damian,Except for you and Welsh no one has been of standard "
As Lord Aaric departed, the 11 Top approached Lord Henrim, their faces filled with curiosity.
"Master Henrim, why didn't you spar with Lord Aaric? We were all looking forward to seeing you two in action, being that you speak of him"
Lord Henrim chuckled, his expression nostalgic. "Aaric has grown into a powerful Soceror Supreme. An old man like me wouldn't stand a chance against him."
The 11 Top laughed, their faces filled with amusement. "We can't imagine anyone beating you, Master Henrim."
Lord Henrim smiled, his eyes sparkling with warmth. "You're too kind. Now, let's focus on preparing for the arrival of Felix Von Damian and the others.
We have a lot of work ahead of us,by the time they leave here they will all know how to create mana zones, utilize their mana and go berserk."
As the 11 Top dispersed to begin their preparations, Lord Henrim stood alone, lost in thought. He reminisced about Lord Aaric's past, remembering the young boy who had trained under him. A sense of pride and fulfillment filled his heart, knowing that Lord Aaric had grown into a powerful and wise leader.
The sun began to set, casting a warm orange glow over the landscape. Lord Henrim's thoughts turned to Felix Von Damian, the young man who would soon arrive to train under him. A hint of excitement and curiosity sparked within him, and he couldn't help but wonder what the future held for this young warrior.
He remembers Welsh his rouge student who spared his life a remarkable student who once trained under him along side the Lord Aaric
As the stars began to twinkle in the night sky, Lord Henrim returned to his mansion, his heart filled with a sense of purpose and anticipation. The journey ahead would be challenging, but he was ready to face it head-on, armed with his wisdom, experience, and unwavering dedication to his craft.
