Nan Wan remained seated in her original position without moving, without looking up at him, and asked in a calm voice, "Have the bedding been changed?"
Liu An replied, "Yes, they have, except for the wallpaper, everything in the master bedroom is new."
The carpet, the sofa, the bed, the wardrobe, the table lamp...everything visible has been replaced.
Nan Wan nodded, "Let's go."
Liu An sighed with relief, nodded his head, turned around, and left the villa.
Aunt Zhou saw that the group had left, so she came out of the kitchen, took a rag, and was ready to wipe the floor clean.
Nan Wan stopped her, seemingly asking casually, "Where is Xiao Zhao? Is she still unwell?"
"She should be cleaning the study room. Does madam need something from her? Should I go upstairs and call her down?"
Nan Wan stretched her muscles and twisted her somewhat stiff neck, "Please call her for me."
Aunt Zhou responded with an okay and went to the second floor.
