Grace didn't feel wronged; the sofa Harry Hunter bought was much more expensive than her bed at home, wide and comfortable. Moreover, she had slept on cold, hard cement floors before; sleeping on a sofa now was a significant upgrade.
But...
Grace hesitated greatly: "Young Madam, I remember the Young Master has a cleanliness obsession and doesn't like others sitting on his sofa. I'd better sleep on the floor."
"No worries, isn't there a carpet laid? Feel free to sleep here. How can I let you sleep on the floor? It would be so uncomfortable."
Warmth flooded Grace's heart; Young Madam was truly kind!
If it were the Young Master, he'd probably think the floor was bothersome and would have kicked her out to sleep in the courtyard.
How crucial it is to follow a good master!
With Grace accompanying her, Isabella Weaver felt much more at ease, and her home didn't feel so empty anymore.
Before sleeping, her phone beeped with a text from Harry Hunter.
