Wang Linjia and Sister Wen were walking and found that Mu Yan had fallen behind. Turning around, they saw her standing in place, looking around as if searching for something.
"What's wrong?" Sister Wen asked.
Mu Yan snapped out of it, looking at the bustling street, feeling it was probably just her imagination.
She turned back to the two and said, "Nothing, just suddenly lost my bearings."
"So you're actually directionally challenged, huh?" Wang Linjia teased.
Mu Yan smiled, didn't reply, and tacitly agreed.
She walked forward a few steps, looked back again, and saw no suspicious figures, finally feeling at ease.
If someone were really following her, her bodyguards would definitely catch them.
After walking for a while longer, Wang Linjia suggested going for afternoon tea.
There's no denying, the desserts here taste amazing, even though Mu Yan usually doesn't eat sweets, she found them delicious.
