At noon, Mu Yan received a call from Lan Xi inviting her to go shopping together.
She then remembered that Lan Xi and Lu Hao were about to get engaged, so she agreed.
They arranged to meet at the cafe downstairs in the mall, and when she arrived, Lan Xi was already there.
Lan Xi was sipping coffee and checking her phone, with a smile on her face, looking quite happy.
Mu Yan went over and sat across from her, "When's the engagement? I haven't received your invitation yet."
Lan Xi looked up, saw her, and smiled, "Here you are."
"Yeah." Mu Yan nodded, turning to the waiter who came to take her order, "No need, thanks."
"The engagement date hasn't been set yet, once it is, you'll be the first to get an invitation." Lan Xi explained.
Mu Yan raised an eyebrow, "The date's not even set yet, and you're already anxious, how eager are you to get married?"
