Over at the restaurant, Dong Le had already reserved a spot, just waiting for them to arrive.
By coincidence, when Jiang Jingheng and Zhuang Yi arrived, they ran into Dong Le and others at the entrance.
"Brother Zhuang, long time no see." Dong Le and the others greeted them immediately.
Zhuang Yi nodded, and they all walked inside together.
Once inside the private room, Zhuang Yi looked around and noticed that Lu Hao and Ning Ze hadn't come.
He asked, "Aren't Lu Hao and Ning Ze coming?"
"Brother Lu Hao's cousin is having a birthday party today, he went to the celebration." Dong Le replied.
Zhuang Yi nodded, "What about Ning Ze?"
Dong Le snorted, "That guy's been busy dating lately, doesn't have time for us."
Zhuang Yi chuckled, "Haven't managed to win her over yet?"
"Yeah, usually he brags a lot, but he's useless in critical moments." Dong Le shrugged and said sarcastically.
Zhuang Yi didn't say anything more, his thoughts drifting elsewhere.
