In the private room, Lan Xi was singing while the others gathered around the table playing cards.
Mu Yan quietly sat next to Jiang Jingheng, watching them play.
Jiang Jingheng, fearing she might be bored, asked, "Want to play?"
"No." Mu Yan refused without a second thought.
Jiang Jingheng saw her resistant expression, his gaze deepened slightly, and he asked softly, "Bored?"
Mu Yan replied, "Not at all, I just don't like playing cards. I'll go sing with Lan Xi."

Mu Yan stood up and went over to where Lan Xi was.
Lan Xi was singing a love song with a sweet expression, her gaze frequently glancing over at Lu Hao at the card table.
Unfortunately, Lu Hao was completely focused on the cards and didn't notice at all.
