Melody Parker hesitated, "We've come all this way. It doesn't seem right to leave without seeing anyone, does it?"
"There's nothing wrong with that," Adrian Davies insightfully responded to Malcom Moore's concerns, "He's probably hoping we'll leave as soon as possible, preferably without even the nurses coming in to disturb him."
Just then, the ward door opened, and Serena Sterling emerged with flushed cheeks, "Melody, Director Davies."
Melody Parker grinned, looking mischievously at Serena Sterling, "Sorry, Luna, I really didn't mean it earlier. I hope I didn't interrupt you and Malcom?"
Serena Sterling glared at Melody Parker with a red face, "Melody!"
Melody Parker laughed, "Okay, I won't tease you anymore."
Although she said this, Melody Parker's mischievous glint didn't diminish at all, and she continued to tease Serena Sterling, "So Luna, can we go in and visit the patient now?"
Serena Sterling was helpless.
